Will it fit my size 12 feet?

Snug but workable. The open-heel design helps with entry and exit. Above size 12, the chamber may feel too restricted.

Does it help with plantar fasciitis?

Rollers concentrate on the arch, where plantar fasciitis pressure originates. Heat and kneading may help relax tight fascia.

Is it safe for neuropathy or diabetic feet?

Start at settings 1 or 2. Consult your doctor if you have concerns about circulation or nerve sensitivity.

What if something stops working?

Reach out through Amazon. Responses often within 24 hours

What's the difference between the three modes?

Knead holds pressure at each point. Roll moves continuously across the foot. Combo alternates between both.
