Fantastic! Absolutely works. Fit (on a woman with a good size chest) was brilliant. Didn’t chaff. Took a while to build up got the full weight but absolutely fantastic that you can add and remove weights. Start with this vest because buying one that allows you to build weight will always be a great idea! I can absolutely see how much easier it is to run without it so it’s is def making me fitter. I wish there was a little more shoulder padding but the Velcro hold is fantastic. I’d buy this again and again - esp if I could add more weight

Great weighted vest!! It fits well and feels super secure. It’s easy to remove or replace the weights - they are each 2.5 pounds and there’s 4 in front and back. The vest just straps around your waist with easy velcro. It also has a little water bottle holder and a place to clip on a carabiner.

I ordered the 12 lb vest without shoulder pads. 8 total weights included & I walked the first time with 4 weights total. 2 in the front & 2 in the back. I like the vest & the flexibility to add & remove weights as needed. I completed my first "rucking" walk this AM. It definitely does ramp up the walk itself. I could feel my heart rate beating faster than usual earlier on into the walk. Now once I completed my walk, I have noticed that neck& back area are aching. That I do NOT like. Granted I do occasionally have intermittent back aches but my back wasn't aching prior to the walk (would the shoulder pads help with that possibly?). On my secondary walk, I'll know if it's the weighted vest itself or not. I'm excited to see if this will help further along my fitness journey & weight loss efforts. Overall, pleased with purchase thus far. Vest it built well & reminds me of the bulletproof vests cops wear. 4 stars only due to post rucking pain.

Exactly as advertised! Fits well. You can remove weights and add as needed, up to the 20lbs max limit. I had a 12lb previously and went with this one. I will work my way up to the 20lbs during this winter.

Well made and fits me. 6’3 225 and I got the 20lb vest. I look like a police officer when wearing it but it doesn’t get in your way. Definitely you feel it when going on walks and not much pressure on my spine. Quality product.

I recommend this weighted vest. It is excellent for the price. I wish it had a pocket for my phone.

This is the first weighted vest I’ve found that actually fits a man properly. Every other one I’ve bought has been way too small or cut too tight in the shoulders. This vest finally gives a comfortable, secure fit without feeling squeezed in.I haven’t had it for weeks, but first impressions are very positive. The adjustable weight system is easy to use, and it feels solid and well built. It stays close to the body during walking, workouts, and push-ups without shifting around.If you’ve struggled to find a vest sized right for men, this one is definitely worth trying.

I haven't used it for running, but for walking and standing it seems perfectly comfortable. The adjustability is a nice feature, but I haven't really used it much. The quality seems decent as well, so I'm satisfied with the purchase.
