Color:Santoku Knife Pfeilring's classic pro series features polypropylene triple-riveted handles with a full tang and are perfectly balanced for great handling. The santokus curved blade helps facilitate the rocking motion used for chopping and the width is perfect for crushing garlic or scooping sliced food off a cutting board. Buying this could never be wrong. It is made of good steel and will maintain a sharp edge for a lot of cutting before you have to sharpen again.
