Damper!
Was easy to install and worked great.

Must-have addition for a wood fired oven for cooking and smoking.
I love using my wood fired pizza oven for cooking everything in addition to pizza and this damper really has added a great way to control flame and heat for longer cook times for meat. It was pretty easy to install and is a simple but effective design for keeping the to stay damper in the position you want it. It blocks off enough air flow that it can really dampen out the fire inside and get a strong smoke going while keeping the flame going and heat alive for hours.

Pin too tight and doesn’t line up at exit due to curved part of pi
Needed a damper for pizza oven. Tried for a long time to figure out how to get the pin to go through due to the bend at the back of the pin. Once you try and maneuver the pin at the curve part towards the end of the pin inside the stove pipe, it forces the beginning of the pin too far away from the exit hole. Before you force it into place lol, verify the pin is long enough. Then cut the tip of the end off and it works perfectly. Also, before installing, practice turning the pin into the damper to see how it works. You have to turn the pin at certain places on the damper while applying pressure

Waited 5 weeks for it to arrive, fine. Damper plate is as wide as a 4" internal diameter chimney, so once we managed to get it in, it got stuck and wouldn't turn. On second attempt the handle broke. Since we'd already drilled holes in the chimney, we took damper disc off and stuck the handle in it to plug the holes. Now we have a faux damper :I splurge on the shipping and buy it from the only small biz in Canada that sells this specialty part, instead of this junk. I wish we had instead of trying to save a few bucks.

Do wast your money
Quality is unsafe. Basically a peice of junk,broken welds, poor material. I tried to return and they want to charge me for returning garbage.
