Does this come in smaller sizes? The size chart says small is 10-14” but my ankle is 7.5”

I have a 7.5" ankle & the small works. The velcro can be attached all the way around it, so I'm not sure why people say it doesn't fit a smaller ankle. It works fine, but the bad news is that the hole gets ripped super easily-like in 2 wks. of wear, so I'm returning mine. For $17, it should be better quality than it is.

Can you please make this in a flesh/nude color??
