How bad do these shrink?

I normally wear a 2X and wish I would have bought a 3X to start with as the shirts were snug before I washed them. They didn't shrink very much, but remain snug and I don't wear them because I like a loose t-shirt.

is this a crew neck or scoop neck? the pictures are of scoop neckline which is what I would like.

It is a scooped crew as pictured. They call it crew but as picture shows it's not the high crew one usually sees. Probably how a plus size is designed, with lower for more comfort

Please, What is the approximate measurement of underam seam to sleeve hem?

The whole length of the side seam from bottom of shirt to end of the sleeve is 20" long.The length of just the sleeve from arm pit to sleeve hem is 1 " long.The top of the sleeve from from where the shoulder seams meet ,to the hem of the shirt sleeve(this is following the natural fold when the shirt is folded)is 8 ".

What are washing instructions?

I just wash with my other T-shirt’s. Cold wash low dry
