My pillow isn’t expanding — what should I do?

Our pillow comes vacuum-sealed. To get it nice and fluffy, give it a good shake and fluff—focusing on loosening up the foam, especially around the arms and top. Let it sit for 24–48 hours to fully expand. A foam smell is normal and will fade quickly.
