A bad purchasing experience 😞
Recieved the delivery of Khus root packet today, happy to read the tall claims "Export Quality", "ISO 9001 certified" and "FSSAI Licence"on the packet but disheartened to see lot of dust like wood sow powder and mud ? inside the packet along with the bunch of thin roots with stubble and other items like dried grass leaf etc. What was expected is clean strands of roots without stubble as shown in the product gallery. There was no distinct khus aroma but a mild smell of medicinal plant. The product is found to be below the expectations of their claim of carefully hand picked and export quality. The product was lodged for return. Dissapointed with this buying experience. 👎🏼

Name not mentioned
Though I have not yet used the product as I recieved it yesterday only.But I want to point out that the name of the herb is not mentioned on the package anywhere..So it is not possible to recognize what herb I am using if I am using more than one herbs.

I don't know what roots these people has sent, this is not Khus. Khus has a strong distinctive smell. Or maybe they don't know what is khus. I am not happy with the product. It smells weird.
