High quality! I like Superior Labs. I've been using their Magnesium and their l-Lysine for quite some time because I'm impressed with their products. They do well enough to afford the machinery that will process it the best way to preserve the maximum amount of nutrients in the best condition, without using unneeded additives

I prefer this brand because they don’t add a bunch of fillers. I’m not sure if it’s helped with improving sleep yet as that was my main reason for purchasing but I’m hopeful

I have taken other magnesium from other manufacturers and do not get the same results. I have terrible leg cramps at night and this product keeps those at bay. The other products I’ve tried only lessen them.

This was really good stuff highly recommended great quality and now you can’t get it. Sounds like a junkie build up a supply demand then it’s not available.

I liked it. I have been taking it for almost 6 months. I make a sleepy cocktail with it . 2 capsules , tart cherry juice , blend , add some sweet juice with a splash of apple cider vinegar .
