Works well with my MHI units. Has subscription options in App for some extra functions, but in free mode is fine.

Finally an AC controller that works, tried the tado V3+ they didn’t work. Had to change a few remote settings but very easy. Would recommended

I tried to get this device talking to my Mitsubishi split system air conditioner but no matter where the device was placed, it frequently failed so operate our air conditioner. Device has now been returned.

This thing is brilliant, arrived within a day and has been working sweet. Low impact, eco packaging which I appreciated. Have used the app to set up my home air con and it works great. The old remote to the Aircon was crap, had to be aimed at the perfect angle. Now this is here i can sit on the couch and just talk to Alexa!

For sure makes your traditional ac remote really smart. I wish I had purchased this item a long time ago would have saved a lot during summers. A must have if you have a window or split ac unit. Very easy to setup ☺️

Very easy to set up, one click of the remote after WIFI set up and it worked. It needs a constant power source so be mindful when selecting mounting point. The side with three holes near rest needs visibility of AC unit. Only problem is I am not 100% confident that signals get to the unit 100% of the time. Testing it worked 70% of the time. Update after a week: loses connection and sync unreliable. Fails 70% of the time. When it works it’s great but can’t rely on it to work when away from home. Works with apple Home kit, has geofencing and other cool features within the app. Smaller than expected but easier to set up than anticipated.

We had our for 3 years in a holiday home. Only used 6 weeks a year and now it won’t power on. So lasted 18 weeks of being powered on. Not happy.

The app was buggy and had issues recognising the air conditioner. It refuses to read/learn the signals from the remote controller. After setting up, most of the useful features are only available with monthly subscription even though you bought this expensive device. Without the subscription, you can only do basic stuffs like switching on/off, changing temperature/fan speed, etc. It works sporadically.

El producto ha llegado a tiempo, bien embalado y estado perfecto. No hay muchas instrucciones, en teoria debería ser simple ponerlo en marcha. Yo he tenido problemas en sincronizar con la wi-fi, finalmente lo he tenido que hacer manualmente. En la sección de ayuda de la aplicación explican como hacerlo. El sistema funciona bien, permite el control a distancia desde el movil y sobretodo permite programar periodos de marcha y paro. No cubre todas las funciones del aire acondicionado, pero si las principales (Tengo un split LG antiguo). En Resumen: muy util.

Très bon produit. Installation très facile : connexion immédiate avec la Clim existante. Depuis quelques mois que c'est installé, fonctionnement sans souci. S'il fallait faire une critique, je ne suis pas toujours pleinement certain de l'information de la température. Mais rien de grave.

Acquistato qualche mese fa e devo dire che fino a qualche settimana fa si è sempre comportato alla ottima ricezione dei comandi del.clima e della temperatura. Adesso ho notevoli difficoltà all connessione con il wifi se riesce a collegarsi si disconnette ripetutamente, inoltre non rileva più la giusta temperatura ma la segnala almeno 4/5^ in più del reale. Contattata l assistenza che si è dimostrata celere nel riscontro, ma mi fatto fare decine di tentativi e prove per risolvere il problema, ma dopo una settimana purtroppo non si è arrivato a nulla, pertanto, non mi sento di consigliare questo prodotto anche per il.costo non del tutto conveniente, sicuramente si trovano altri prodotti a prezzi notevolmente più bassi e che funzionano alla grande. Piccolo aggiornamento, passo a 5 stelle per l attenzione dell assistenza a risolvere il mio problema che ha fatto con grande velocità sostituendo l apparato non funzionante, arrivato in 2 giorni..adesso tutto ha ripreso a funzionare come dall inizio, buon prodotto anche se come detto precedentemente un po caruccio.

Works as described but like most "IoT" devices, it only supports 2.4GHz WiFi. This is generally not a problem for the mass population, however, a lot of us techy/IT folks have ditched 2.4GHz WiFi a long time ago. I figured this going in and already have my IoT devices on a separate AP, but it's just something to know that you will require a 2.4GHz WiFi network to connect this device. I have an Apple iPhone 13 Pro and the Sensibo app works great. Pairing was an easy process. The initial firmware update failed and I had to reset the controller once, but after that it worked fine. Slight hiccup but totally recoverable. After that I was able to point my AC Remote at the controller and it worked first try. It actually adds extra features that my Direct Air heatpump/AC unit doesn't have. Like turning off at a certain temp, or, switching to a different mode entirely based on temp, or scheduling. While it could be a bit cheaper for what it does, they really should remove the subscription model. The feature it adds are not really worth it, oh, and you do not need a temp sensor. There seems to be one already built into the controller and it works fine when placed in the same room as the AC unit. In my testing the temp sensor is reading 1 degree too cold, but I adjusted my scheduling for that in mind and it keeps this place a nice 20-21C cool, and under 20C I have it switching to Fan Only mode, then when it hits 22C it will go back into cooling mode. Excellent product, wish there was more competition in this space.
