Does it come with the amazon exclusive label or with the special edition label?

Most have the Special Edition label. A lot of the Amazon stickered pops were damaged in shipping and aren’t available anymore. You can still find that specific version on other sites if you’re looking for it.

if the box is damaged can it be switched for a new one?

You will have to send back and hope they pack the new one better. They aren't always the best with shipping pops.
