I seen this little thing after we had just purchased our new hot tub. When we purchased the hot tub they told us it had Bluetooth and then later called us before delivery and said it didn’t. It knocked off almost a $1000 and I said no big deal. We had a JBL Extreme 2 so I figured we would just use it. Then I seen this on Amazon and read all the AWESOME reviews! They said you could put it right inside the hot tub and you could even answer your phone from it while soaking. It was inexpensive and I figured it would be junk but after reading all the great reviews I thought what the heck and I ordered it.. Let me tell you! I’m totally amazed!! I paired it up with my hubby’s iPhone and turned on Apple Music.. we took it to the hot tub with us and turned on the lights on it and I just set it on edge of the hot tub not in the water and it sounds AMAZING! With all the jets on I decided not to put it in the water.. the tub already has led lights anyways so I thought I’d add more by setting it on the edge.. the lights dances to the music and the sound is almost too good to be true for what I paid for it.. I definitely recommend!!!! I brought it in the house and it is now sitting in our bedroom being used as a night light… If you are thinking about purchasing it don’t hesitate! It’s truly AWESOME!!!!!

I was a little hesitant when I first ordered this speaker, even after reading the glowing reviews. Guess what? They were right on the money! The price was great. The batter life is great. The sound quality and ease of use is amazing! And the sound? Oh man, sounds just like a car radio. Such a great way to relax in the pool and listen to music and my daughter and her friends love to night swim and turn on the lights! I have already decided I should probably order another one because once summer is over, it will be the new shower/bathtub radio as well and unlike my phone or Google home, it won't matter if it gets wet! LOVE LOVE LOVE this speaker!

This speaker is the perfect addition to our hot tub! The sound quality is excellent, the Bluetooth connection even works through our concrete walls! Initially, we thought we had an issue with it - we were unable to turn the speaker off or connect to another device. Customer Service was amazing and sent us a replacement immediately. However, after letting the speaker lose all charge and then re-charging it, it worked GREAT! So well, actually that we called and paid for the replacement and are keeping them both!!

Update 2024: speaker still working well 2 years later. Upped to 4 stars. Still tips easily and the water dampens the sound until it dries out. Charges quickly, lasts for a pool party. UPDATE: seller is trying their best to make me happy. Great communication. Expectations were low due to price point, wanted cheap speaker for pool. Volume output is good. Internal battery Charged quickly. Simple to operate. Flashing Colors are hard to see in daylight. Music is audible underwater. The design makes it very easy to carry. Speaker floats well only if waters are calm. Once anyone causes waves, the speaker will tip and take on water. Definitely is the wrong product for a tween party. sound is muffled until it dries out. Will try a different shape once this one dies. Decent enough for poolside, but not good as a floating speaker.

Update Seems like Amazon didn’t take my new star rating but this is five star. The vendor reached out to me, asking various questions to troubleshoot the device. They sent me a new one which arrived in a few days. Got and charged it. Connects to Alexa and plays music. my Alexa is at least 50 feet away, and the connection is very strong. I can also hear Alexa notifications but Alexa cannot hear me when I give a command. This stinks after I’ve got out to the pool and decided I would like to turn up the volume. Now we just make sure that it’s plenty loud before we walk away from the Alexa. Connecting to my iphone works the same way. I can play music and hear notifications but I cannot ask Siri to make a phone call. Fortunately, though, as it says in the product description, once the call is placed the caller and I can hear each other well. This might have something to do with the Bluetooth protocol, I don’t know. But I am happy that it connects right away, and it plays music for me. Because I get the notifications, I can decide whether I want to go to my phone or alexa to see what they are. I am happy with the product as is and have proven to myself that the microphone works just fine. I just wish it did this tiny bit more. Based on the product I now have I can confirm that it does everything the description says it will, and I’ve changed my rating to five stars. And it takes quite a while (hours) to charge up completely and I am using a nine watt charger. When it is fully charged, the red light turns green. I noticed on the website it says only use five watt so hopefully that’s not burning it out. 😂 once charged it lasts for hours. We used it for several hours in the pool, and it was still going strong. Initial review: Connected to alexa and iphone. However the mic does not work. Ok for music but wouldn’t buy again. No way I can find to contact vendor.

Coming from someone who likes loud music and likes to bump it. This little speaker is actually perfect for the hot tub. It's fine it floats around the noise is an obviously Amazing but it gives out enough. The light is cool. We enjoyed it. It's defiantly worth the 30 bucks or whatever it was.

**UPDATE** I must say in this day and age I sometimes lose faith in humanity. Then an act of kindness and sincerity can seem almost strange, but so refreshing and needed. The seller of this speaker, Joe is just that. He reached out to me inquiring how the product was? That I purchased 2 months ago. Informed him I bought this speaker for my 8 yr old daughter who has Autism Spectrum Disorder and the lights to the music is important to her visual stimulation. But through no fault of myself, my daughter or the seller the speaker just stopped turning on. It never got wet or damaged. She was super protective of it. Was fully charged just not powering on. Told him this speaker was just perfect for my girl. That I would be definitely purchasing another soon. With that said. I never asked, implied or my reference to the seller helping me. This is at like 1a.m. So Joe offered to send my daughter a new one NO STRINGS ATTACHED. None... I can only speak of this particular product and the seller. The speaker, for the price is beyond worth it. The seller is not just a businessman but empathetic and to me ..... Genuine. So 10 Gold Stars for both speaker and seller. Thank you Joe. My daughter loved this speaker. But one day It was fully charged but would not turn on. It was never dropped or ever in the pool. Or even wet. It just shows its fully charged but it will no longer power on. It's a solid product and its just one of those rare times this happens. BUT I AM WORKING WITH SELLER TO REMEDY SITUATION. I'll probably just buy another one from this seller. The seller is golden. The product is a great value for the price.

Used this product 3 times in the month I had it. Worked each time, went on/off, displayed colors, played music. Floated fine in my swimming pool.The 4th time I tried to play it---It wouldn't go on--none of the control buttons worked, a red and a purple light on top are on and won't go off, and there is WATER sloshing around inside the speaker!! This is SUPPOSED to be a WATERPROOF speaker!! The speaker was never under water in my pool--only floated on the top!! This is NOT worth buying.

Considering the price this is a terrific addition to the hot tub. Sounds better than expected and the light is nice, bright and colourful.

i have enjoyed this product for a short while now, but today i was doing some yard work and it started to rain. the device is supposed to be 100% waterproof so i wasn't too worried. i packed up my things and grabbed the speaker to take everything inside. the speaker will not respond to ANY buttons being pushed. i cant turn it off at all or change any settings, and my devices can no longer connect to it. i can plug it in and i see the charging light turn on, but still no button feedback. no matter how long i hold down any button i cant get it to turn off. i'm stuck having to wait for the device to run out of battery to make the lights stop flashing, it's going to be a long night. product broke after very few uses. quite disappointing.
