This supplement was recommended and prescribed by Vanderbilt Urology and Kidney Dr/Specialists. Been using it for over 3 years with no recurrent UTIS. Excellent product, and it WORKS!!!

Started using these 11 months ago after reading so many positive reviews and also checking an NIH study which was very positive. Prior to finding these I had reached the point of having a UTI every 4 to 6 weeks and had developed severe reactions to most antibiotics, leaving sulfa as the one remaining I can tolerate. Urologist testing, ultra-sound, etc. did not offer results. My last UTI was not severe (one month after beginning D-mannose). Since then I have had no recurrence. To start I took massive amounts (up to 8 or more a day) but tapered off to one a day, increasing if I sense the need......extra tired or extra stressful day. I cannot say enough for this product and do not know why the medical profession has not adopted its usage.......no side effects and a simple daily dosage does the trick......have become an evangelist for it, telling every medical pro I come in contact with. Perhaps it is not so effective with everyone, but it certainly is worth trying ....... with patience. It may take longer to build resistance in individual cases. The discomfort, time spent in doctors' offices and reliance on antibiotics is a thing of my past......forever, I hope.

I suffer from chronic bladder infections for decades. I'm very sensi. Also, I have a spastic bladder for years where I feel I have to go pee all the time even right after I pee. I have been on and off a long term antibiotic as well as another to help me not feel like I have to pee. Well, I don't want to be on antibiotics and being on them long term is not good. I have drunk pure cranberry juice. I have taken baking soda. I have been taking multiple cranberry vitamins daily for years. Sometimes things helped but only short term. My symptoms would return. I have researched and researched and never even heard of this product or anything. Then I finally discovered d mannose, probably from a review I read. Read all positive things and thought this is going to be my answer. Well it is!! If I feel one coming on I just take more of it. This is a life saver and a cure. Salary brand is the best. I've been suffering with UTI's and general bladder pain and burning for over a year. I've seen urologists, had bladder ultrasounds, cystoscopes, taken different antibiotics and still at the end of the day I couldn't get rid of the symptoms of bladder pain and burning. In desperation I looked to Amazon's best sellers for homeopathic treatments for UTI's, that's how I found this amazing product. I can say that after two weeks I'm feeling so much better. Most of the bladder pressure is gone and I only occasionally have slight burning but that is dissipating too. I took up to six pills a day in the beginning and now I've cut back to four. I'm not ready yet for just two a day but getting there. I can't say enough about D-Mannose, it's a small miracle.

This supplement has kept my UTI issue at bay. I work from home and sit almost 8 to 9 hours a day, this coupled with the fact that I am over 65 is a recipe for UTI. Been using this for several months, ever since I was forced to use an indwelling and now suprapubic catheter. While in rehab I learned that I have ESBL and the infectious disease doctor told me about D Mannose with Cranactin. Im not certain 100% that it is preventing UTI's, but I have not had a major infection in a while. I have had recurrent UTI's since I began intermittent cathing 20 years ago (when I was injured T2 complete). I take it along with 100mg vitamin C and Hiprex twice a day.
