Wasn’t sure about the quality at first, but we’ve been really impressed so far. It’s modern, quiet and cleans really well. The auto-open after wash is honestly a game-changer, the LED countdown display is really handy, and the quick wash settings save us loads of time. There’s plenty of space thanks to the adjustable shelves, and the cutlery basket is large and has a nice handle. It looks sleek and modern and has actually made me want to spend more time in the kitchen. Nice touch that it came with Finish rinse aid and capsules too. Overall, it feels like a high-tech dishwasher at a very reasonable price.

After extensive research，I choose the comfee dishwasher. Exceptionally user-friendly, from setup to daily use. Installation was straightforward (we did it ourselves). In daily operation, it’s incredibly simple and effective—just load, select a cycle, and forget.come out clean and dry. Combined with its sleek look and quiet, powerful cleaning, it’s a fantastic dishwasher that delivers exactly what you need. highly recommend.

Apart from the customer service dept of this company, I am totally disappointed with this purchase. The dishwasher arrived with a dent in it and the instruction manual of a totally unrelated washing (as in clothes) machine Two days later it stopped working. Contacted the service company. Very helpful, sent out an engineer to repair. Job done (I thought). The engineer told me to unplug the machine if something goes wrong and it will reset itself. Had to do this several times. Then today sitting watching tv about 12 hours after using the dishwasher the whole house electrics tripped for no apparent reason. After some investigation I found out it was the dishwasher that tripped for no obvious reason. On to the service dept again! Again, very nice and polite and helpful and an engineer booked. Why is the dishwasher so bad? Just change the thing for one that works and save the service dept. some grief as well as the client. I do not recommend this item. In addition!! Two or three weeks ago the whole house electrics tripped again! Eventually an engineer arrived today. (After one cancellation) He examined the machine and said that there was a leak in the salt container and salt had leaked into the circuit board and caused everything to trip out. He explained that it would be a while before an engineer could get out to replace the board and the salt container, as it is a big job. Very unhappy now. I have osteoarthritis and cannot stand for any length of time and that was the reason we got the dishwasher. Now I have to stand and wash the dishes by hand which is painful and not what we bought the dishwasher for! Useless piece of machinery. stay away!!

This dishwasher was bought in the sales as ours had died. It took a little while to fit. The instructions were not very clear. The rear height screw is adjusted by turning a screw at the FRONT of the machine. If only that detail was in bold it would have saved me a lot of time. I’ve had it a few months now and unfortunately it started to not clean so well despite cleaning etc etc. I called COMFEE who were utterly brilliant and they sent a man out to fix it. Essentially food stuff had got caught in the arms and blocked the holes which in turn stopped them spinning efficiently. To solve it he removed the arms poked the holes and bashed them from side to side to make the bots fall out. Not exactly high end science, but it worked. Apparently all machines - even expensive ones - recycle the water, so can happen on any machine. He said as long as the salt and rinse aid are topped up, most tablets - even cheap ones - will do the job. And it now works perfectly. He did say Bosche, Seimens etc are obviously made with better quality components but this was a decent machine for the price range. Apart from that little glitch it is a really nice machine that cleans really well. It has all kinds of options, but I use the one hour quick wash and I’ve not had any issues at all and everything is sparkling. My old machine took two and a half hours to do the same, so in a busy family house, one hour washes are fantastic.

very well packed. not yet installed as my kitchen is not done yet. unwrapped to inspect. looks slick and well made. large and simple physical buttons, essential ones only, well designed and easy to operate. can't wait to have it installed and put it into use. will update the feedback when installed and used for some time.

Purchased to replace an antique that was struggling to clean a days dishes. It was easy to plumb in the Comfee dishwasher, being integrated a template was provided to attach the cupboard door too. Have used the 4 programmes and timer etc via control panel, more options available via an app. Takes a little time getting used to stacking everything as it's basket layout is completely different to our outgoing one. Cleans well even on the shortest wash, doesn't dry so well unless you set up autodoor open so that after cycle finishes the any water dries up, falling that a quick pad over with a tea towel sorts it out. Purchased when on a reduction. All in all very pleased with our purchase.

It was a great price, it looks smart, it's easy to use and cleans well....however, the down side is my dinner plates are too large to stand in the bottom rack. They fit but are too large for the rotational arm to spin. I'd say that was quite a large problem, and my plates are pretty standard size.
