Everything about the process and results were impressive. The information and instructions in the test kit were clear. It was easy to gather and return the samples. It only took about a week for me to receive the test results. I liked that all different kinds of molds were pictures and explained in the information returned with the test results. Michael, the owner also called in addition to emailing the results. Great service, too! Highly recommend!

These tape slide mold tests are easy to use. The instructions are clear. You tape your samples then put them in an envelope to mail (not included). Then yes, you have to pay to send them in too. So figure that into your costs, but I just sent via first class mail for $3 or something. ETA was a Monday and I had the results emailed by the next day! With pictures! This is great I'd you see something and suspect mold. It is only a spot check. An ERMI test is best for your whole house or general testing.

When you place the two tests and the chain of custody in an envelope, the postage depends on whether the two slides stack. As such, you can mail it, during transport the two slides stack, now your envelope is deemed >0.25” thick, and the envelope gets returned for insufficient postage. Great product, but could you design the tests so that the plastic closures are joined (maybe can be snapped apart if desired) so this cannot happen?

Was easy to use until I needed to mail the sample back to the lab. No problem for me since I found an envelope from another project and had some stamps!

I followed directions but never received result! Nothing! It's fraud! Scam!!!

Not much to say - solid product. Instructions were clear and gathering the samples was easy. You get two test strips but only one mail in test, so I did my HVAC on top of the suspect location. Results came in under two weeks and included more information that I expected, with species explanations.

I bought this because I needed to know what mold was growing on something I had brought into my home. It was affordable and easy to take the sample. Two tests come in the package. I'd been confused by the address to send it to so I emailed them and they got back to me immediately to verify the shipping address. I mailed it and had my results via email in a few days. He even called to make sure I'd received the results since I hadn't responded. I'd definitely use this test again.
