Cette marche de step est géniale pour mes séances de cardio à la maison ! Elle est stable et me permet de varier mes exercices. J'adore le revêtement antidérapant qui assure une bonne adhérence. Je suis débutante en fitness et cette marche de step est parfaite pour moi. Elle me permet de progresser rapidement. Les tutos guides d'exercices sont légions sur le net et c’est vraiment un plus pour travailler en sécurité sans se faire mal.

Bought it and stepped up
It seems sturdy but I wish I could (maybe I can) order another couple of inches of rise. Otherwise, it’s exactly what I expected for the money.
