This has helped to lower my blood pressure and keep it at a good rate. I will say that it doesn’t have the best flavor, but I knew it wouldn’t because I don’t like how beets taste. That said, I don’t mind because I use it like a medicine. It mostly dissolves when I first put the scoop of powder in my 4 oz of water. I can use the back of my spoon to break up clumps and get it to fully dissolve. Using only 4 oz of water makes it taste even stronger, but it means I can drink it faster and be done with it. I feel so much better and have only used it three days so far. Will purchase monthly!

Excellent quality powder that provides a tasty uplift in energy and overall has the effect claimed, in my opinion. The powder is fine enough that you probably don't want to sniff it, but the overall smell is attractive and it gives you a good idea what it will taste like, which is pretty good. It tends to be on the sweet side so if that's not what you're looking for, then you'll want to skip this one. I've found it to be quite effective at about half the stated dose. The flavor at full dose would probably be too much for me as well, at about the intensity of a Prime Energy Drink. The one other thing that should be stated is that when it is in a liquid like water or tea, you'll occasionally run into a crystal if you immediately consume it, so the dissolve rate seems to be slightly less than optimum. Not a problem for me. The one downside to this product is the price. Unless you get it on a new-sub discount and on subscription, it is quite high for what it is. I can get the same ingredients and make my own which are indistinguishable from this product for about 90% less, though obviously I'm not paying for the container, label, and labor. I also don't add the flavorings because I don't need them. Nevertheless, this is still cheaper than some competitors and better known names, so credit given where due. Takeaway: This product does what it claims, is pretty delicious, and may be worth the price to most people who aren't familiar with mixing and packaging their own supplements.

This is fine. Dissolves well but if you want the actual dose that would be helpful you'll find yourself using about 2.5 scoops per serving which makes it expensive and a lot thicker in viscosity and stronger in flavor. I'm theroy this is a good choice but you'd want something that is standardized to the active ingredient you're chasing.

Sweet as hell! I was expecting beetroot powder but they added stevia to it and now i can't drink it! Why? I have waisted my money on this product.
