It is very effective for my blood pressure.
Very good and taste good, but is not helping my diabetes A1-C.

It helps lower blood pressure!
This has helped to lower my blood pressure and keep it at a good rate. I will say that it doesnโt have the best flavor, but I knew it wouldnโt because I donโt like how beets taste. That said, I donโt mind because I use it like a medicine. It mostly dissolves when I first put the scoop of powder in my 4 oz of water. I can use the back of my spoon to break up clumps and get it to fully dissolve. Using only 4 oz of water makes it taste even stronger, but it means I can drink it faster and be done with it. I feel so much better and have only used it three days so far. Will purchase monthly!

This beet powder has a pleasant taste and mixes well with water.
Iโve enjoyed adding it to my morning routine, and the quality seems good. The only reason Iโm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the flavor was a little richer and the container lasted longer. Overall, itโs a good product, and I would consider buying it again.โ

Beets are good for you!!!! If youโre anemic
So far I love this product. The taste is a little weird but doable. Iโm anemic and it has made some changes in my blood flow and skin color. I once used to look so pale that people would worry about me until I tried this. Going to keep buying from now on.
