Quick and easy setup
Setup was quick and easy, literally up and running within 5 min of opening the box. The unit is has sufficient charge to set up immediately (though fully charging first is recommended), and it's just a case of a 3 second press, unit powers on, connect your blutooth source device, connect the receiver to a suitable amp, play your chosen audio. Done The receiver is small and unobtrusive, comes with all required connection cables - and a usb charging cable, and it's very simple to use. Sound quality is absolutely fine, no issues there, however, if you intend to watch any kind of video while using speakers connected to your device via this blutooth audio receiver then be aware that there is a small delay. While not enormous, it's absolutely enough to notice and can be mildy annoying. At around only £15 at the time of purchase, the audio delay doesn't come as a huge surprise. I only really bought it for music - so the delay doesn't really matter to me, but it's something to be aware of if you intend to use it regularly with video. I'll be reviewing an alternative unit before long, so we'll see how that holds up synch-wise. I've paired my unit up to an AIYIMA A01 amplifier - so my assessment of the audio is using this combo - though I can't see why you wouldn't get equally good results using alternative equipment. I was previously using one of the cheaper blutooth/amp combo units - but this new setup blows that out of the water. That being said, audio is subjective and I'm no audiophile - so my review is based on my bog-standard ears. To sum up, if you're only intention is to listen to music then it's a decent choice - it won't break the bank, it's quick to set up, easy to use, and the audio quality is pretty good.

Forget the rest, this is one of the best.
I don’t often write reviews, but I believe in credit where credit is due. I was doubtful whether this would work through my B&O specialised DIN lead, plugged straight in and connected instantly, possibly the easiest device you could ever wish to connect. No depreciation of quality, instant control with out any lag, well worth the money.

Works perfectly with my 2018 Panasonic TV
I use the product with high quality headphones to listen to TV. It was very easy to pair the device with my TV. My headphones are Sennheiser HD 570 over-ear type. The small (10x7cm) instruction booklet is printed in very small print, and I had to enlarge it on my photocopier to read it easily. I have deducted one star for this. I fully charged the unit before first use, as recommended in the instruction leaflet. I have listened to TV and Radio channels, with speech, rock and classical music. With the above headphones the audio quality was excellent. With the HD 570 the reception range was tested up to 8m line-of-sight from the TV with no dropout at all. I have not yet had the opportunity to try it with my iPhone using the built-in microphone. In my opinion this unit offers very good value for money (purchased for £17.10).

A great way to upgrade older wired (noise cancelling) headphones to Bluetooth.
With the disappearance of 3.5mm headphone sockets on newer mobile and tablet devices, my older but still perfectly functional Bose QC3 (wired) noise cancelling headphones looked as though they might need to be replaced by something that supported Bluetooth. These headphones have served me well over many years, and a more modern pair from the same manufacturer would have been several £100’s. Having read the reviews I opted to try this Bluetooth adaptor, and have been surprised by both the audio quality and battery life. It comfortably lasts a trans-Atlantic flight from the U.K. to both east and west coasts of the USA (10+ hours) before recharging it, and the audio output level is such that it doesn’t need to be on full volume; I typically use the mobile or tablet set to around 60-70% volume for comfortable listening to films, podcasts or music, and being wired my old headset also works with the aircraft onboard entertainment systems if one is available. An unexpected bonus was the second headphone jack; on a recent 4+ hour flight to the Canary Islands on a low cost carrier airline (Jet2, no onboard entertainment system) my wife and I were able to watch the same film that I’d downloaded onto my tablet (iPad mini 6) at the same time. I’m unsure if this negatively impacted the available battery life as it was a relatively short flight, but it worked well with both my noise cancelling headset and her preferred wired Apple earbuds. I was sceptical that such a low cost device could provide good quality audio reproduction, but have been pleasantly surprised by this unit; and as a final bonus its small physical size also means it fits in the same case as my QC3 headphones and it’s easily charged from the same power supply and cable that my mobile and tablet use.

Better than expected
Bought this so connect a tablet to a clubs house system to provide daytime background music and so far it's almost flawless. Very quick and easy to set up , great quality and the added battery gives a little bit of a backup The only slight issue I had was on first set up. I connected the supplied usb c cable and had quite a lot of hum and interference. Thought it might be the pc connection and connected to a power brick and still had issues. Without the usb c plugged it it was crystal clear but this will be running for long periods of time and I need it powered. Was ready to return as the hum as a deal breaker for me but I thought "is it the cable?". So I swapped out the usb c for a decent one and problem solved. Zero interference and is has been running for 24 hours solid with no issues. Great little unit

Simple, versatile and Practical
I recommended and purchased this for my Wife as we're both motorcyclist, iPhone users and music lovers that like to listen to music on the move. The iPhone doesn't have a headphone jack so we have been using BlueTooth receivers for several years (also by Sonru) but unfortunately both our had started to cut out onto one channel. They were many years old and the sound quality was good so we wanted the same again but it seems that the models we had was nolonger available. I chose this as I couldn't find anything else that compared. Fortunately even though it's not a transmitter/receiver as we had before, it's simplicity (one big on-off/start-stop button), Versatility (it has two headphone jacks built-in) makes it so practical for us. Put inside your breast pocket on your motorcycle jacket and with the large button it's easy to stop the music played when you need to. Also when we have been on a bus or train journey and want to share something we're listening to she can simply "jack-in" to the second headphone port on the device so we can share what we're listening too. So far so good. I would recommend this.

Undecided quality
This is the 2nd one 1st didn't work so returned and got given another to try for free so excellent customer service thank you, however after trying this item out for 6 months it all worked as it should and was very reliable and great quality until just now it has started ted to drop out and lose its signal from my device through to the speaker system it still works but not to the same great quality it was 6 months ago so time will tell how long it last before I bin it or get annoyed enough to purchase a different one to replace this item.

Parfait

Easy to use, good solution for you and your spouse to watch TV without waking the baby
This receiver is so nice and compact, easy to use with just one button to press. The flashing light codes are very easy to understand and it took less than a minute to get acquainted with. I don't even need to remember to turn it off! After 10 minutes without being paired, it automatically does so. I just turn my TV off and hit the sack. My wife and I have been using this for the last couple weeks to watch TV (ours is a Samsung smart TV so it has Bluetooth as a sound output option, deafening the built in speakers). In a new house with our 6mo asleep in the next room over, we are worried about sound travel so we plugged two sets of wired headphones into this and paired it to the TV. Works like a charm! The sound quality isn't perfect. There is some attenuation in the highs and lows compared to what we're used to but the sound is crisp and clear regardless. We paired it with ATH M20s, so I don't have a lot to go on with rating sound quality outside of those. I didn't rate the battery life because we keep this plugged into a wall outlet at our bedside. It draws very little power (typ. <1W) from the wall so we leave it plugged in constantly.

Lange Batterielaaufzeit
Bluetooth-Verbindung klappt immer of Anhieb, reichweite is ungefähr 10 Meter und der Sound is sehr gut.
