Mack's ThermaFit Soft Foam Ear Plugs 40 Pairs for Sleeping, Snoring, Work, Travel and Loud Events, Made in USA

These are my favourite ear plugs for sleeping. I have to cut a tiny bit off the end for side sleeping. They sometimes fall out but only when asleep. They are good at reducing noise and don't irritate my ears (I had repeat problems with some earplugs - the audiologist suspected I was allergic to the material in some foam plugs). I don't use them every night but useful for if there's building work outside or staying in a noisy hotel. I've bought more since discovering them.

Like others, I have been looking for a replacement after Boots discontinued their foam earplugs. I tried their other versions they still stocked, but they didn't fit properly and hurt my ears. I ordered these because I had seen others had commented saying these were better than Boots' version and after using them I have to say I agree. They are slightly smaller than the Boots version but it actually benefits them by being able to be put into the ear easier. They feel a little firmer to start with, but once they've been moulded with your fingers and put into the ear they soften up quickly, expand and feel so much more comfortable than the Boots one that I wish I had found this brand sooner. If you're like me and use them for sleep, I would highly recommend checking these out.

As many others have done, I used to use the brand Boots from foam earplugs all the time and are looking for an alternative as they have discontinued them. These aren't bad! They are little firmer foam than the boots ones. They're not shiny and sweaty, which is good. They block about the same kind of noise. So far, so good. Little expensive. UPDATE, I'm actually now really disappointed because like everywhere else macks have discontinued this type of ear plug, and we're left with the cone shape which are shiny and make your ear sweat, causing health conditions like eczema. Many of us. These are the only style of earplugs that we can wear, and they are now disappeared off the face of the earth. You've just lost a regular customer from the UK!!

Best earplugs I ever had and I tried many. Others would fall off or make my ears sore.

I've bought tubs of these in the past and we're always good quality and efficient blocking noise. But this last tub I've bought, the quality is awful. The plugs are a lot bigger and don't fit in your ears properly. They're also a different material, not soft at all and springy rather than soft and spongy. Really disappointed with them.

I have bn using these for years after boots chemist stopped theirs. I can't sleep without them .they feel hard but if yiu do this it helps.i wash with little bit of hand wash rince and dry on heater with bit of kitchen towel softens them up roll in your hand and insert keeps background noise out and yiu get great sleep . You can wash every few days I get over a week from 1 pair worth the money highly recomend

These are absolutely definitely not as good as Boots' similar looking foam ear plugs. They are pretty easy to roll into the recommended shape and they reduce sound, but they are hard and take ages to expand and the noise cancelling isn't as good. I use them to reduce the sound of loud music at the gym so they're OK for me, but I would not recommend them for anyone wanting peace and quiet.

These ear plugs are without doubt the very best I have ever used. The foam is soft and extremely comfortable. Unlike other brands, Mack's cause no irritation. Highly recommend these for anyone :)

Sou sensível a ruídos e moro em uma avenida movimentada, esquina com uma rua íngreme barulhenta, por onde passam todos os tipos de veículos extremamente barulhentos. A cereja do bolo é a obra de um prédio bem ao lado de casa. Já tinha usado outro protetor parecido com este, da Flents, que não acho mais para comprar e outro da Mack's, o Dreamgirl. Este, ThermaFit, é o melhor que já usei até agora. Consigo dormir mesmo com as motos com escapamento aberto passando às dezenas, concretagens nas madrugadas e até tiroteios (!). Felizmente consigo ouvir o despertador do celular. Já me salvou também nos dias de bate estaca durante o dia na obra vizinha. Um pouco desconfortável nos primeiros usos por conta das bordas (reutilizo o mesmo par algumas vezes), mas geralmente basta retirar e inserir novamente. Ainda bem que inventaram esses protetores e que é possível comprá-los no Brasil. O preço poderia ser mais acessível.

Horrible in comparison to other Mack's earplug models. This product's title says that the earplugs are made of soft foam, however they are hard to shape into the correct form and when you get them into your ear cannal, they put a lot of pressure and actually hurt you. Would most definitely not recommend this product, especially if you have a rather sensitive ear cannal (like me, apparently).

Het is mij zeer goed bevallen , de dopjes , dempen veel, heel goed. Voor mij zijn dit de beste oordopjes die ik tot nu toe gebruikt heb . Het zijn wasbaar dopjes en erg zacht en zitten erg prettig . Ik gebruik ze voor diverse dingen zoals Motorrijden ....slapen .....en ze zijn niet zo duur ook !

They really work well and don’t give me ear aches. I have tried many different ones and keep coming back to these
