Rene Rofe Women's Hollywood Chemise and G-String Set

This is actually pretty good material (a slightly weighted feel to it compared to other cheapo stuff). It came on time and looks just like the picture (the red one). I think the people having trouble with size , may just be slightly bigger than what they think they are, because this seems true to size for me. So just make sure you order the size you really are instead of thinking I'll squeeze into that. I have absolutely no bad review about this and I was expecting to receive cheap as s@&! Clothing for what I paid . Don't get me wrong this isn't top quality but you get your moneys worth as long as you buy your correct size. :)

The chemise does not fit or look like the picture. I am 5'3" 120 pounds, I bought the smallest one they have, and it fits very loose and baggy, even when the cheap ribbon is laced as tightly as it goes on the back "corset" (which looks very bad as well). It does not look sexy, it just looks cheap and doesn't fit right - I didn't even bother to wear it for my boyfriend. The lace on the bottom is not sewed on straight, and the garter clasps are off-center so it looks silly. The fabric is cheap and scratchy, kind of reminds me of a cheap Santa Clause suit I bought from Wal Mart a few years ago. Also the g-string sucks and is a different color of red than the chemise.

Good material and comfortable. Tried it on for my fiancé and he was happy. My complaints are that if you have my breast size (36C), even the slightest movement and your breast pops out. Which can be considered good or bad depending on what's going on at the time. 😬 Also, I wish it were a little longer. I ordered a large and expected it to land at least mid hip or longer and it was right at my hips, but only if I pulled it down. Which made my boobs show. So it was a lot of adjusting with not much satisfaction on my end. I'm keeping it only because my fiancé likes it. I'm 5'8" 150lbs.

I ordered this product for a special weekend getaway to wear for my husband. I like to keep the excitement in our marital bedroom hot. I really loved the look of this lingerie, very sexy. My husband loved seeing me in it as well. The quality of the material is good for the cheap cost of the item. It fits me as expected & nicely. I'm 118 pounds & 5'4 1/2" tall, 34 B bust & I wore the S/M size. The only complaint I have is the garter clips did not work at all, they would not clip my back thigh highs in. That was a bit disappointing. Other than that, the garment was just as I expected it to be & as it appears in the pictures. It's a nice product & worth the money. I really like the old school Hollywood vibe this lingerie has! Its classy sexy! I love the appearance of the garment. Most importantly, it made me feel so beautiful & sexy!

I bought this to make me and my husband happy. It seems like it will accomplish that goal. I have a 38-B cup, and 39" hips, and it fits me perfectly. If you have a C cup or bigger I would say this might be tight in the bust. My complaint is that the bottom of the back hits me right in the middle of my rear-end, just like it does on the model in the photo. If you don't have a perfect butt like the model does, having just the bottom half of the butt exposed is not a good look. "Butt cleavage" from the top part of the butt might look attractive, but this lingerie exposes the bottom half of the butt where everything sags. The lingerie is a great price for what it is, though. You can find the same stuff in Victoria's Secret, with the same butt-exposure problems, for 3x the price. So all in all, a good purchase. As I mentioned, it will achieve its desired goal, so its no biggie. Just thought I'd mention it.

I read some of the other reviews and yes, this piece was very nice and soft and the quality was surprisingly good; it feels like it's made of microfiber. It comes with the straps for clipping on some thigh highs and a thong. Unfortunately though, I am going to have to return it because it is too short.In the picture, the model's chemise appears much longer than the one I received and I've looked at other customer photos and some appear longer while others don't. Mine turned out to be the length of a short tank top. I took pictures of it next to one of my XS regular H&M tank tops which happens to be longer than the medium chemise that I ordered. (Think about it, a XS tank top is longer than this M chemise.) I tried to take it directly from the top so as not to skew the shape of the chemise. It appears wider than it does long which creates the illusion of looking fatter rather than skinnier.Fit-wise, I am 5'3 and between 120 and 125 lbs and it was super comfortable. I think a smaller size would've fit just fine too. I ordered a S/M, but the tag says M which is why I'm using M all over the review.The thong that came with my piece is completely red. In other customer photos, I see a black lining around it. I'm not sure why a mass produced product would show this kind of inconsistency. No biggie, just thought I'd point it out. The back of it adjusts left and right which I'm sure makes it adjustable to your size, but I didn't try it on so I can't say how well it fit.In case anyone's curious, the detachable straps go on the inside of the red part to cover up the hooks. Thigh highs are not included. Also not a big deal, but again if you're curious, the ribbon on the back came unlaced.TL;DR: Nice overall, but much shorter than it appears photo.

For the price it is a good buy. I don't believe in spending much money for these novelty type items. Its not like they have to be real durable since you usually just wear them to bed. So the four stars is mostly because of the price. If I had paid more I would have expected much better quality. It has no support on top and no formed cups and therefore fits me very well because I am a 34 A minus, I purchased the medium/large because of the other reviews saying to order up. I am 5'9" 167 pounds - muscular and I wear a six on top and an 8-10 on the bottom. It covers down to the mid-pubic area and almost covers my buttocks. The garters are not high quality so I removed them and wear lace silicone topped fishnets with them. The thong barely covers my pubis which might look weird if you don't wax down there. Otherwise I would probably order something else from them.
