Isn’t it bad business to use SanDisk like names and deceive customers?

I was tricked by this also. Note that it has the same number of letters as SanDisk. The 1st and 4th letters are identical and are also in caps,just like SanDisk. Amazon needs to remove these. Also, they "claim to be 32GB but even after formating these they are barely over 29GB

They can be formated to fat32 ntfs or exfat but are not bootable formatible.
