Men's Storm ColdGear Balaclava

I got this for the fridgid weather here a couple of week ago, but its back in the 50s and 60s again. I think that it should be plenty warm for me though and the fit is snug but comfortable. Looks like a quality garment. Stetchy, not too thick.

I use this under other boggans or gaiters when it is extremely cold and it is wonderful. Last time I used it was duck hunting while it was 25° with a 30 mph North wind, a very brutal experience, but this allowed me to double up on headgear and stay somewhat warm.

I wear a hat size 7 and 1/4, and this is a snug fit. Not too tight. Well made, warm, snug and lightweight. Perfect for kayak, fishing in cooler weather. Seems to breathe well.

Very well, put together, does not feel restrictive and I was able to wear a hoodie on top. Does a good job of window isolation and keeping your head warm.

I bought this for myself due to the extremely cold winter we were having here. It kept my face and ears warm, yet I was able to breath through it and see just fine. I put a hat over the top of it, so I stayed cozy warm.

Background on me: I work in downtown Chicago. The winters can be pretty unforgiving. Especially walking 5 blocks in dead of winter from the train station to work! 0 out of 10 stars, wouldn't recommend. This mask makes the ordeal easier. The hood is lightweight and you don't notice any extra weight. It fits very snug and close to your neck, head, and face. The hood is very warm. The thing holds in heat very well. My ears stay toasty warm and so does my chin. The only downside is it's ability to hold in heat, it works too well. If you had garlic bread and then threw this in, you're going to smell it! It holds moisture too. You events feel it around your mouth and nose. Worst is wind blowing and that moisture hits your eyes. Ouch. Going to 711 and don't want to look like your robbing the place? No problem! Just pull your head through the hole and wear it like a scarf. It's wide enough to fit my dome and not over scretch it. Just pull back up before going back outside. Overall: I can't say enough good things about it. I'm on my second one. Lost the first. I wore it during the polar vortex a few years ago. With wind chill the temp was -30. My head and face were the only part of me not freezing. I foresee a 3rd and 4th in my future if I lose this one.

Good quality, nice look, good materials. Not for those with a big head like me. Not so elastic, so stretch isn't there. Haven't tried in real cold because of fit.

Keeps the ears warm, does get a bit difficult to breathe in but maybe I’m also too fat. I still love it and serves its purpose well

super caldo, sto facendo l'inverno in bici con questo passamantagna e direi ok. devo trovare un limite? le fessura per gli occhi è un po larchetta e l'aria entra a livello frante, ma ricordiamo che sto correndo con temperature di 2 gradi !!!
