what are the actual dimensions of one bag?

It has a 8" diameter round opening. It's 14.5" tall if you measure from the bottom point, but it tapers at the bottom, so the 8" diameter only goes until about 11" before it rounds down to a 6" seam. Laid flat, 11.5" x 14.5", but with the gradual taper I mentioned earlier.

How many trash bags are there with the 12 rolls? The description I wording is incorrect.

Hi there! Thank you so much for your interest in the Ubbi trash bags! Each roll contains 12 lavender scented bags , for a total of 144 bags!

What color are these? Purple or blue?

I would say light purple or more on the lavender side 😊
