Used on exterior wood siding with built up dried and peeling old paint. Scraped to bare wood. Good sharp blade. Removed a lot of paint without heat and did a good job with heat.

Great tool for painting / refinishing walls. Very useful for scraping old bits and paint drips from wall during prepping process for new paint. Blade will need to be changed once per project. I was able to use this tool for 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a small living room before blade started getting chipped. Not bad at all, very happy with purchase.

I paint for a living . This thing lifted 3 layers of paint off a door in one pass . It's sharp as hell.Great for removing runs on trim etc .

I was surprised by how small this seems coming out of the box. I've been a house painter for 30 years and I'm used to larger scrapers. But I like this. The tool and blade are a little different. The ergonomics allows more effecient scraping, less effort. I bought 10 replacement blades for $30 and they seem comparable in quality/durability to the more readily available (and a little different) blades.Build quality seems indestructable with normal use. The hardware of traditional scrapers wear out in time and can't be fixed. Worse case w/this scraper is replace the wingnut and bolt at a hardware store.

I did not believe this could be any better than any other scraper I’ve used, how wrong I was!This is affordable, sharp, light weight and most of all, it’s awesome. Works better than any I have ever used.
