Giving false reading
Very bad experience , working not properly, I bought it for my aquarium fish. it gave false reading showed as more alkaline , for neutrilizing I add vinigar in water but pH value not changing that time I felt doubt then checked with litmus paper that time I shocked pH value gone under 5, suddenly changed water & threw this pH meter in waste basket , if you really concern about your or your fish health please do not buy this waste product anyway I lost my money

Works fine but cannot calibrate
Generally works fine but when i tried to calibrate it, it shires error on screen! Let me know how to contact support to resolve this issue

Reading is not proper. Request a call back if possible .
Plz call me back as the pen is not calibrating from the time I took the meter. I need guidance or I need to replace the meter.

Doesn’t work
I tried calibrated the pH meter but it reads pH 6.86 as 8.03. I don’t understand why is this happening. It’s been more than 10 mins now. But the reading is still 8.03. I even check the pH of buffer solutions given in the packet to be dissolved in 250ml of distilled water. The pH was 6.610 and 3.789 which should be 6.86 and 4.00 at 25•c. Attached the photos
