I like the improved design, which renders this roller very stable. This is a serious exercise tool to build core strength. Not to be used without watching the instructional videos.

Perfect For Abs Home Workout
The shipping was quick. I wan reviewing after a months use I am very happy with the results. The assembling was quite easy with available instructions. It targets proper Abs muscle and is easy to use. The build quality of the product is very good and it’s sturdy. This product came along skipping rope and small Matt which is useful. I would recommend to buy this over other available options. Seller is recommended. Good experience with overall purchase.

Good product but no ebook or instructional videos
I liked the product. However, the listing says that you get a 40 page ebook and 8 instructional videos, which I didn't receive. In fact, some comments also mention that you should not use the product without seeing the videos to avoid injury. I even found out solara phone number and contacted them but they refused to comply with the listing commitment, although it doesn't cost them anything for digital delivery.

hey, total 3 items ab roller- pros- best quality plastic and metal used, quite heavy that's really better, perfect broad shape, easy to assemble, great technique overall, good shape handles for perfect holding cons- didn't found any yet skipping rope- good quality rope as well as soft and good handle for better grip mat- 1 inch thickness mat, so that you can't skit. overall best package, i am loving it , using it from a week now

Except the jumping rope, the wheel is worth for money.

Don't buy this product
This product comes along with skipping rope as mentioned in the box, but they ship very poor quality of the skipping rope which cost you less than 50 rupees. I requested for replacement but still they sent the same item. Raised a complaint with Amazon customer but it's no use. Please don't buy this product, the same type of ab roller which cost only 600-700 rupees.
