I received this product march 12 and started taking one daily every morning since march 13 it is now march 23rd and I have lost 8 lbs!!!!!!! Holy crap I was an all day snacker and it has completely stopped my food noise!!!!! I actually have to remember to make myself drink water and I love water, I go hours without thinking of any food or drinks at all and have to almost force myself to eat when I do, I’m moderately active as I am a hospice nurse I only do house chores type of moving at work & little to no exercise, this supplement has definitely been a blessing I’m excited to see how much more I can lose!!!!!!!

I’ve been taking these for a few weeks, and I can definitely tell a difference. I don’t crave sweets as much, and I feel more balanced throughout the day instead of having those random sugar crashes. The pills are small and easy to swallow, which is a big plus. I like that it’s from Nature’s Bounty, since their products always feel reliable and consistent. It’s too soon to say if there’s a huge change in my metabolism, but I’ve noticed steadier energy and less snacking. If you’re trying to support healthy blood sugar levels or curb sugar cravings, this is worth trying. Just remember to take it consistently to really notice a difference.

Before starting this supplement, I would occasionally struggle with inconsistent digestion. Since incorporating it into my routine, I’ve noticed a much more predictable and comfortable pattern—everything just feels more “in sync.” There’s less bloating, and I don’t feel as sluggish as I used to. What I appreciate most is that the change has been gentle, not harsh or sudden like some other products. It feels like my body is simply functioning the way it’s supposed to.

Although this may be advertised as a metabolism or weight loss product, I have found that is mostly a side effect of the other effects this supplement helps with- such as decreasing sugar and alcohol cravings. I have not lost weight since taking this product (about 3 months of daily usage), but I have been working out consistently and gained muscle mass, so it may be that any fat I have lost is not noticeable on the scale due to muscle mass increase. A surprising benefit of this supplement that I wasn't aware of is the blood sugar regulation and the decrease in period symptoms! These have been far more noticeable than weight loss. Regarding the former, even when I would eat healthily without much sugar or fat, at least three times a week I would experience a bad sugar drop that would cause dizziness, shaking, cold sweats, and weakness. I have experienced that only once since starting chromium (which this could be a natural secondary effect due to my decrease in cravings for sugary products) and that was during a long shift at work where I had not eaten and had been standing on my feet for 5+ hours at the time. Regarding the latter, usually, I have terrible pain during my period and a very heavy flow during the first and second day to the point where I have to call out of work to stay home in order to manage my pain levels and discomfort. Since beginning to take chromium, however, my period pain is almost completely absent. This could be due to my more consistent exercise schedule, but I have been a very active athlete in the past with the same painful period symptoms I usually experience, so I am more willing to believe that chromium is the cause of my lessened symptoms. I have noticed my flow is also not as heavy, but my period does last about a day longer than typical. Overall, a good supplement that combined with exercise could help with achieving weight loss and lessening blood sugar drops and period pain.

stopped taking birth control & gained some weight I didn’t like, always felt boated. even bought kourtney kardashian lemme debloat brand for $30 doesn’t compare to this for SOO much cheaper. 2 days after I started taking this I felt a difference. been about a week taking it at the same time everyday down 1.5 lbs. will continue to take this!!!
