KoldLok 6" Round Brush Grommet, Large Split Grommet with Brush, Raised Floor Airflow Management 1 Pack

Used this as ceiling passthrough for 24 cables. Plenty of room for another 24 cables at least! The back side of the brushes has a nice rubber piece that helps keep air and debris from passing through. Is exactly what I needed/wanted to route home runs through ceiling into my network rack.

Works as advertised. Needed this to feed my cables through the ceiling into my 25’ conduit run. Does the job. I asked a lot more out of it. Just beware - if you plan on doing what I did and have it go into PVC pipe on the other end, the other side of grommet panel is not round but oval. I made it work though. Just make sure you have anchors when drilling into drywall.

Fits my needs

This grommet is a little costly for what it is (a small piece of plastic) but it is very convenient and there's no alternative in it's class. It makes your work look great when installed with a little help of a cable comb (see before and after photos).

I'm using this in my home on a wall instead of the floor of a data center. I used a jigsaw to cut away the protruding edges on the back as I already had an expensive 5.5" hole saw (too small for the 6" hole the edges would've required) and just had a need to cover the hole neatly. Works great for my purpose. I was going to buy directly from the manufacturer, but they were out of stock and were nice enough to lead me to their product here on Amazon. Thanks!

I us this for my generator enclosure and it allows me to feed my large generator cable thru and keep everything dry inside. This is sturdy and well made took 3 minutes to cut a hole and screw it in. I can verify it will allow a 30amp connector to pass thru as well I can put several 20amp cords also if needed.

Disgustingly expensive for a hunk of plastic; definitely wouldn't spend my own money on this particular item, but at least the quality is there. -2 stars due to the price.
