Super solid, comfortable push handle.
Super solid, comfortable handle to push cut. Just put it on the tanning of your file and tap it on with a rawhide mallet and you’re good to go. It also releases pretty easily when you want to swap it to another file. Doesn’t handle the fattest American tangs. I would say this is designed for Swiss cut euro style files. Like Grobets

Perfect fit for 6 - 8” files.
Excellent handles for files between 6 and 8 inches long. The wood handles look to be maple and the holes are pre drilled dead-on perpendicular so my files are not crooked after inserting. I just used a dry “friction fit” on mine so I can change them out again later. Holds very tight without epoxy, glue or heating and seating with a torch. I’d highly recommend these for files smaller than 9”.
