This unit gives us that extra workspace we need. We have a small space to work in and placing this unit on top of the trash can gives that little extra the really helps.

Once we started using the InstaPrep table it has now become part of our daily routine for prepping food and creating space. Most restaurants I have worked in are limited in space and this really helps solve that problem while being NSF certified and easy to clean. It folds up nicely and fits in a commercial dishwasher. Also, great for catering events and extremely easy to carry. Fits most trash bins including large rounds and slim jims.Highly recommend the InstaPrep Table for any restaurant.
