Probably the best product I have ever brought for my newborn! I've read a few unfortunate stories about a mother losing her child because the head would slump down on the car seat which closes the neck and the baby ended up suffocating to death. The mother was driving so she didn't think anything was wrong and that the baby was just sleeping. After reading about that I immediately bought this because I too noticed my daughters head would slump down if she falls asleep while I drive. And I'll say, this pillow holds her neck right in its place. She can turn side to side but when she falls asleep, the pillow doesnt allow her neck to slump down making the car ride worry-free. It's has beautiful colors as well and I love the design. Its soft and has a supportive cushion. I highly recommend this for ALL NEWBORNS. This truly should be a requirement to buy because it saves lives. Or at least any kind of supportive pillow that will hold your babys head straight.

Loved this. Kept my baby’s head up and comfortable when he was not able to fully hold it up on his own. I got the black one and it blended right in with the car seat. Comes with 2 different sizes you can use so it grows with your baby. It is very comfortable and offers extra neck and head support which is great for when your babies are really small.

I didn't need the extra insert for my 6.5 month old, but the larger insert is perfect. No more falling asleep woth a crooked head. The color is nice and the padding seems like it will hold up a while.

We had to take a road trip shortly after my daughter was born - we needed something that could offer good neck support for an extended period of time. This worked great.
