Worth the money - noticeable difference in sound quality
Anybody who tells you that a cable is cable is full of snake oil (lol). I noticed some loud humming after connecting my turntable to my receiver. Culprit was a Belkin subwoofer cable. I swapped it out with another subwoofer cable that I had laying around ( a Monster brand cable) and the noise quieted down a lot. After installing the Blue Jeans cable there is no noise. It's quiet enough to hear a mouse "p" on cotton. Not only that, the boomy, hollow, echo-ey bass that I had with music and movies was cleaned up. The bass is tighter, more refined. This cable was worth the 30 bucks. I would never pay an exuberant amount of money for cables, but I can tell the difference between the 3 cables I used with my subwoofer. I changed no settings on the receiver or the sub, simply swapped the cable and the difference was very noticeable. I re-ran the Audyssey mic cablibrations and the difference is still there. This cable was worth the money I spent. This cable is much larger in diameter too, seems to be well made. My only complaint is with the rca connector type - you need a couple of inches of clearance from each connection end. If space is limited, you may want to try an SVS cable. I read the comments of others before buying the cable and figured I'd take a chance on something with decent quality after noticing the difference with the cables I already owned. If you have time to sample cables, then go ahead and buy the amazon brand, the mediabridge brand, and this brand. I'd be curious to see if anyone can hear a difference. What sounds good to you is all that matters in the end - and this cable sounds good to me without breaking the bank.

No hum
Good shielding, eliminated the hum from the adjacent power cord.

Look no further.
As usual top notch quality from Blue Jeans. Cable works great and the build is solid. A lot better than the SVS branded cables I had to return.

Took the Boom out of the Box
I have a very powerful, quality sub that reaches deep lows when the signal is there and used primarily for home theater. Listing to music recently I noticed that it had that somewhat boomy sound that tends to mask over the sound of the two mains when listening in stereo. Tried the sub at different volume and Hz settings. Nothing really changed that cheap booming sound. For whatever reason, I had never even considered that the cable Iโm using from the receiver to the subwoofer might change anything really. A signal is a signal right? I mean itโs just lower Hz base. How finesse does it have to be? Turns out the cable was everything especially noticeable when listening to music. Looked through a lot of sub designed cables on Amazon. Best Price, top recommendations, customer satisfaction and went with the Blue Jeans Cable LC-1. Instantly the base was tighter, boomy sound that was robbing the front mains of clarity completely gone. This is how balanced sound is supposed to be between the mains and subwoofer. Your sub should nicely augment the lower notes on whatโs coming out of your main speakers. Not the other way around as was in my case. Connection is tight. Base is tight now. Couldnโt recommend this cable more considering the price and how itโs changed the staging in clarity of the mains by not muddying up the entire sound stage. Worth every penny.

Bluejeans cable FTW
When I built my basement home theater 8 years ago, I had gotten this Bluejeans cable to run from my wall plate, through the studs to the rear of my processor. But for some reason, I used a a Straitwire subwoofer cable to run from my subwoofer to the wall plate. Which is odd because almost every cable I have is from Bluejeans. I must have had it laying around and didn't want to spend more money on cables. It was an expensive cable to boot. I probably paid $50 for it 8-10 years ago. I realized all of this after I bought a Denon AVR-X3100W (which is fantastic btw) and cleaned up the rat's nest of wires behind my old processor by switching from audio and video interconnects to all HDMI. I initially ran the Audyssey setup on the Denon to correct for room acoustics using the straightwire cable. I always use the beginning song from the movie "Inside Man" as my reference because of its impressively deep bass. It sounded great. So, everything was calibrated. About a week later, I order this Bluejeans cable and I use it to connect my subwoofer to the wall plate. Now I have this as the sole cable from subwoofer to Denon. I put in the Inside Man Blu-ray in and .........WOW. What a difference. The bass is so low and pronounced, that the grid work for my dropped ceiling is vibrating and rattling from the deep bass. So much so, that I have to re-run the Audyssey calibration. The bass is now toned down to the point of not rattling the grid work. I just have tight, gut-wrenching bass hitting me. Bass like I've never had before. You can feel it in your chest, just like at a rock concert. If this isn't proof that a single cable can make a world of difference, I don't know what is. I just wish I would have realized this situation sooner.

A Good Value.
Well made, flexible, with quality connectors. Sound quality? Hard to judge on a subwoofer cable, but with my Martin-Logan Abyss & Magnepan MG-12's, I noted slightly more punch & detail over my older Monster Cable interconnects. But, truthfully, I'm not willing to do an exhaustive a/b comparison on a pair $27 cables to confirm my impressions. What I needed was two, matched subwoofer cables, and these did the job at a very reasonable price.

Great Company, Quality, Solid Product.
I acquired this after shopping around briefly, and I say VERY briefly because I know of Blue Jeans Cables not just from reputation, but former experience with their products. This cable was selected to connect a KEF XIO soundbar with a KEF KC92 Subwoofer that we have tucked in a corner. IMO, this setup with the BJC lacks for NOTHING. So pleased with this choice.

Stop Feeding the Monster!
I had read several excellent reviews of Blue Jeans Cable products on various websites and in stereo/home theater magazines and decided to buy this subwoofer cable from Amazon a few weeks ago. This cable replaced the Mediabridge cable that I purchased along with one of my subwoofers more than a year ago. The Mediabridge cable is an excellent cable by any standard, but when I changed to the Blue Jeans Cable the low, bass notes became audibly clearer and better supported. I was also impressed with the apparent build quality of the cable so I went to the BJC website and ordered some of their 10awg speaker cables with banana terminals. I received them a couple of weeks ago and connected all of my speakers with these wires. They replaced the Monster cable that I had been using. I have known for many years that Monster makes very cheap stuff and depends on constant advertising to sell their cables, but when I bought those I was on a tight budget and I got them really cheap. There again was a very noticeable difference in sound quality when I switched my speakers to the BJC cables. I highly recommend all products from Blue Jeans Cable including this subwoofer cable available on Amazon. You can order directly from the BJC website, but I would look for what you want on Amazon first, especially if you are a Prime member, because of the great Amazon customer service and 2-day shipping for Prime members. Overall, once I switched to BJC cables I noticed a more spatial, cleaner, basically better sound. This is made possible by the more efficient delivery of clean power and unobstructed information transfer. I plan to replace all of my HDMI and coaxial cables with BJC products in the next week or two.

Excellent quality!
Cable is sturdy yet flexible while the connector end has a nice grip to your component in/out terminal. Use Blue Jeans cables for my RCA L/R interconnects as well and this cable is made to the same high standards. Highly recommend!

NO hum!
Cable runs 35โ along floor joists in the ceiling and down the wall in my basement passing all kinds of electrical wiring along the way. Sub woofer is dead quiet until the huge explosion in whatever movie Iโm watching. AWESOME!

A very suitable Subwoofer Cable that connects well, and has excellent shielding by BJC!
Very good shielding, and a reasonable price by Blue Jeans Cable! I have up to three connections to my Receiver of 100 Watts. Musical signal arrives clean, and clear.
