This is the best curling iron I ever owned before. It takes some practice to use it at first. The old models were as hot and took longer to heat up. What I like about this one the most is the safe setting so the heat of the iron matches the type of hair you are using it on. No more burning the hair or waiting for the iron to get hotter. One little heat setting device and an on and off switch. The time it saves you is great. The iron is constructed better than my older iron and will last a lot longer, bringing down the price of it in a short time.

I had a couple curling irons before but they took long to heat up and I couldn't curl my hair. I asked for a recommended from my hair stylist and she told me a couple brands. So I looked on Amazon and found this. The upside about this iton it doesn't take long to get hot. I put it on the lowest iron but it just didn't curl my hair. O went to the next highest setting and viola it curled my hair. What can i say I am very happy with this iron. Just one bit of information be careful because it does get very very hot. I have been curling my hair off and on for year's and this is the best one yet for me anyways

Love this 3/4 inch curling iron! The performance delivers every time I utilize it! The gold-plated metal packs a great deal of heat and power so my curls always come out looking tight. I had to replace my old curler and was searching for the best - I’m glad I settled on this one.

I love hot tools curling irons because they hold their heat. Adjustable heat settings, light that tells you it’s on. It gets up to 400 degrees so be careful who is using this iron. It’s not for someone who has lack of experience using a curling iron. It doesn’t have auto shut off because it is a professional curling iron.

In terms of curling your hair, the best I've ever had, but there are two features which make it difficult to use: - It. Is. HEAVY. My arm immediately tires out from trying to balance its weight. - The cord on it is WAY too long!! It pools on the floor and then catches on everything within reach as you lift the iron to grab your hair. Catches on the corner of the sink. Catches on the bottom corner of the cabinet. Catches on your clothing. Twice, this has literally pulled the iron right out of my hand, causing it to fall onto the floor or into the sink. I'm slowly getting used to it and making adjustments, but it's taking more time than I was used to with my "cheap" curling iron!

i used this for my cosmetology exam it worked fine and it made a great gift for my friend obsessed with curls she loved it when i said i had one if she wanted it its pretty easy to use and set up and it looks kinda vintage if thatas the style you like .

OMG this is a game changer for me! Let me start by saying I have very fine blonde hair and have been using a curling iron for about 40 years. I usually go cheap ( <$20 ) because they only last a year or so. The heating elements still work but the springs always break. Toss and buy another. Rinse & Repeat. I decided I’d spend a little more money and see if I’d have better luck. When I opened up the box and was admiring the beauty of it, a little plastic bag fell out. I picked it up and when I saw what was inside I dropped to my knees! Hallelujah! Replacement springs! So even spending more, this is actually a bargain. Then I saw an order form for replacement springs. Holy Moly, I’m going to have this iron for the rest of my life! BTW: I love it! Nice tight curls, adjustable heat up to 430f, swivel cord so it doesn’t get twisted. I would buy again, but I don’t think I’ll have to 😉
