Shoulder surgery, functional in six months, full strength may take up to a year. Squeezing these little balls is a great help. If you’re tired, can’t move your shoulder and arm, still have swollen fingers, beginning to work on strength, or just want to help yourself as much as you can, these are perfect. The size is great. Can’t see that a bigger ball would be needed unless maybe you are a man with really big hands,?, and even then the purpose of these 2 inch balls isn’t to replace barbells. Some reviewers say there isn’t a difference between the soft and firm, there is. Another thing about these is their feel. They feel nice, pleasurable to hold. The feel isn’t plastic like, or sticky. There is no odor. They are not slippery and prone to being dropped. They are not cold feeling. They don’t get too warm. Really appreciate the material; it’s nice. Also on these: They are not for building giant muscles. They are to keep fingers moving, to help blood flow, reduce swelling and add a little strengthening for those that are doing recovery or just need this type of movement. And if you are wanting these for stress, can’t see why these wouldn’t be great. . I have just reordered them. If I sit one on the sofa and it rolls across the room or under furniture, I can just wait till later to get it. Don’t think you’ll be disappointed. And I admit, I really like the colors . 🙃

I have hand issues and go through a variety of stress balls and hand exercisers. I am particular to firm jelly filled balls and enjoy the feel and resistance of those. I have popped or damaged many and was looking for one that was encased in a cloth or nylon casing. These are similar to what I was looking for but not exactly. These bounce back in to place immediately, they arent squishy with a slow return. I've added a video to show what I mean. Oddly enough, despite not being exactly what I wanted, I really like these. The texture is hard to explain because they do seem to be filled with jelly or something, but also act as if they were filled with air. Its interesting. I like the different resistances, but what has me sold on these is the durable cover over the jelly filled ball. I love the texture, and love that I cant squeeze the thing until it explodes out of a side. I've only had these for a few weeks, but so far I am sold as these being a reputable and good brand. I got these to help me deal with stress and because I like keeping my hands occupied with something when I am trying to solve a difficult problem or puzzle. What followed was one of the most stressful weeks I've had in a long time, and I took it all out exclusively on the poor soft ball, often squeezing it as hard as I could. After a couple weeks, the text on the ball started falling off, but the ball itself remains in great condition. I ended up pulling the rest of the text off because it was bothering me and I preferred the ball without it. But as far as feel goes, the text did not affect the great feel negatively. The material is soft and comfortable, and it is filled with material that is super satisfying to squeeze. I also enjoy tossing it around a bit. I was worried that they would be too small as I have large hands, but the size is fine. I would prefer them to be a little bigger, but this has not affected my enjoyment or the usefulness of this product.

These work exactly as stated and for what I intended as well. I got them to use while donating plasma, the soft and medium ones are perfect and the hard one will work when my grip strength is higher. They're a good size, I have about a medium/large size hand based on what gloves tend to fit me, and these fit nicely without feeling too large to squeeze or awkward from being to small. Worth the money.

These balls were wonderful. My hand had become so weak ,from a fracture, that when I started that hand could not pick up a penny. I used this for two weeks and the difference is amazing! Almost 100 per cent.

Too much strong

Die Bälle sind absolut toll. Hilft mir gegen Stress, zum runterkommen, als Ablenkung oder ist auch gut für die Handmotorik (Zb nach einer OP). Fühlen sich gut an, sind gut verarbeitet, man erkennt die verschiedenen Stärken. Schnelle Lieferung, top Zustand. Nur zum weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe die beiden Stressbälle bekommen und mich direkt in sie verliebt. Sie fühlen sich toll an, ich finde beide Widerstände gut! Je nach Stresslevel nehme ich den Weicheren oder den Härteren. Ich nutze sie als eine Art Fidget-Toy, ich habe ADHS. Ich kann nicht ganz nachvollziehen, wie man für "die Bälle sind zu klein" einen Stern geben kann. Vielleicht sind ja einfach Eure Hände zu groß und die Bälle nicht für Euch passend. Aber das ist doch kein Grund, die Bälle schlecht zu bewerten. Einfach zurückschicken und gut ist. Also ich könnte meine zurückschicken, will ich aber nicht. Irgendwer hatte geschrieben, dass das nicht geht. Ich bin gespannt, ob die Bälle lange halten und nicht kaputt gehen. Ich habe sie heute schon sehr intensiv genutzt und habe den Eindruck, dass sie recht robust sind. Ich bin Fan!

Great product for working the wrists. I bought this product after a wrist injury and it has worked exactly like it was described. 3 different resistance balls helped as the wrist got stronger. Would purchase again

I can't say how durable they are because I have only been using them for a few days, but first impressions are good. They ate accurately graded as soft, medium and hard. They are well packaged and come in their own handy storage tube. I am.using them to strengthen the fingers in my left hand after an operation and, so far, they are perfect for my uses.
