Turmeric Curcumin Complex with Piperine, 100% Pure - 120 Capsules

It really works! I have chronic inflammation around my hips knees and back (IT Band Syndrome) I am not a big fan of Naproxen Sodium because of intestinal bleeding and potential for liver damage but it was the only thing that has helped me. My father recommended trying a form of Turmeric as an alternative to over the counter NSAID's and I have to say I hope will never have to use an over the counter anti-inflammatory drug again. Based on the information I have read, it takes 2-3 days to really work. On day one I was not impressed. I am now on my second day and I feel great! If you are looking for a way to get away from pills that cause intestinal upset and have potential to cause liver damage you should try this. Part Two: I have taken these capsules for about 10 days. Now that the inflammation around my hips knees and back have been significantly reduced, in turn improving my range of motion, I have been able to get greater benefit from stretching those painful areas further reducing pressure and pain around my joints. The downside to this supplement is it does cause slight stomach upset at times, but the upset is more tolerable than over the counter NSAID's. Overall, this supplement is working well for my condition. If you have chronic pain and pressure in your joints and you want to try an alternative to what the drug companies have to offer you should definitely give this a try.

My husband and I have been taking this product for over a year now which shows we are really happy with the product. My husband has type 2 diabetes and I had read that Turmeric can lower blood glucose. I found this on Amazon and we tried it. At the time, he was on Metformin and after taking this for a week or so, he started to get low blood sugar symptoms. We took him off Metformin and put him on this and Cinnamon supplements and we eat a low carb diet and so far it has controlled his blood sugar. We were happy to be able to get him off of Metformin after all the negative things that came out about that product recently. Great product!

I decided to add this to my pain regimen for control of Fibromyalgia pain. I take Lyrica, Narcotics, and Cymbalta as well. I know the risk of herbals is purity and strength. This is why I looked for something in my price range that I could have faith in. I am a nurse and I have also worked in pharmaceutical clinical research so I wanted to make sure I was buying a quality product to start with. This product is made using cGMP standards. That means certified Good Manufacturing Practices. GMP pharmaceuticals need to have a set standard of purity and strength and that has to be traceable. That means I should be able to contact the manufacturer and obtain a certificate of analysis (CoA) that specifies the ingredients used, and their purity and strength against the label claim. All the ingredients used to make the product, as well as the final product have to be quality tested and analyzed per batch and the certificate of analysis has to be available on request. You need to have the specific item manufactures lot number from the bottle label and go the their website at keynutrition1.com. There are a few other brands here at Amazon that are also USA made and made using GMP standards. That all being said, I am comfortable this product contains what the label says it contains. So the big question is, how does it work, and I will say that I am very pleased. No single product is going to eliminate my type of chronic pain from fibromyalgia. But since using this product I have been able to reduce my daily morphine does from 45mg twice a day, (90mg total daily dose) down to 30mg twice a day, and I am undergoing another does reduction again to see if I can tolerate 20mg twice a day which would be 40mg totaly daily dose. It would be a dream to get off scheduled narcotics completely and just use short acting oxycodone as needed with my other non-opioid meds, and/or to reduce my use of lyrica so that I can reduce the medications that cause compounding fatigue. If that happens I will update my review. But for now I will say that just this formulation of Tumeric/Curcumin has helped to decrease my pain. Moving forward, I might consider a different formulation or stronger complex, but overall I am pleased with the results from Tumeric/Curcumin in general as well as this specific product. The price is very reasonable for a 60 day supply, and I know the GMP product is pure. I think you should try it, and if it doesnt work, they will give you your money back (That is what I saw at their website at keynutrition1.com). Oh, one last note, the capsules are vegetable capsules, not gelatin based capsules. Gelatin is made from mainly cow bone. So if you are a vegan these are safe for your preference.

I started using this product in March 2017. I used to make my own golden milk but could not bring myself to drink it anymore after 2wks. So I decided to do some research and found this product. Capsules was the way to go. I used to suffer from severe chronic joint pain. I'm talking about knees, elbows, wrists and my shoulders. The pain was so bad in my shoulders I barely got any sleep, I was not able to lift my arms or put on my bra or lift my pants without cringing in pain. Getting out of bed in the morning took me 10 to 15 mins...I felt like a 90 year old. I have 80+ year old friends who were doing better than me @ 50. So yes! I was in pretty bad shape. Since I've started taking Turmeric curcumin I'm a total different person. There are a lot of similar products out there...but this one worked for me. I can walk, I can do my Yoga (mildly). No more shoulder pain :). I am a happy camper :) Great product!!!!!

After years of doctors and upwards of 60 prescription pills a day, I was convinced that there had to be natural supplements I could take that would help me. *Note* I discussed all medical transitions with my doctor and outlined the plan ahead of time.* Turmeric along with additional anti-inflammatories (bee propolis, bee pollen, royal jelly, & elderberry) has changed my life. With in 3 days my IBS symptoms greatly diminished and I was having some of the best digestion I've had in memory. No more passing gas, burping, or upset stomach. A nurse at the doctors office noticed a difference in my face within a 12 day appointment span and asked what I had changed because the puffiness in my face had decreased along with redness. Additionally, this helped improve energy and memory fog. Sadly I've had to stop taking them recently to prep for an upcoming surgery and within 48 hours of stopping, previous symptoms had returned. As soon as I get the all clear post-op I will be taking these daily. If you suffer from IBS or other ailments due to inflammation, I highly recommend trying this supplement. Best $17 I've spent in years!

I've been taking turmeric for years now and I'm not sure these are significantly "better" or more effective than any other brand that includes Bioperine (a Pepper Extract Proven to Increase bioavailability.) I do know that when I have tried turmeric without bioperine I didn't notice much effect. I need effectiveness! I also noticed that when I once bought turmeric with a lower amount of Curcumin it wasn't helpful. So, that said, I prefer this brand. It works well You have to be careful about reading the labels. I once bought what seemed like a bargain only to discover I would have to take 10 pills at a time to reach the same level of curcumin as these. That said, many other distributors offer turmeric supplements with similar levels of curcumin and bioperine. I have settled on these because they are available through subscribe and save, which reduces the price slightly. They are easy to swallow and a serving is just two. The number of pills is a pretty good amount so I don't have to buy this every month. On the plus side, over years of taking this stuff I have noticed slow but steady gains. Starting in my 40s after a traumatic accident I used to have chronic back pain. In addition to taking this stuff I started stretching and changing my diet and being more careful. I shouldn't say "This" is the thing that changed my life because I honestly don't know, but I can say in conjunction with other life changes it has been many years since I suffered from debilitating back pain.

3 Stars as in "ambivalent" This stuff is listed in the articles as being a replacement for Ibuprofen, and as a really old guy who I guess isn't supposed to be taking Ibu anymore lest my heart explode into space, and who trains to pain and exhaustion on a regular basis, I need something, and I need it bad. So I added this to the mix. And you know what? I can't tell the difference, not to puke on the parade or anything. Now maybe it's because I've been eating spicy food for the most part of my somewhat longish life, and I've built up a resistance to magic spices, but I'm not going to be quadrupling my dose to find out. That being said, it's relatively inexpensive, and easy to swallow, so I will continue taking it, in case the magic is far too subtle for this old dude to truly feel.

Tried this product now for over two months. I was using a similar product obtained from a membership store and found this with similar ingredients and for less money. So far it seems to work well. When I first started taking Curcumin I was having allergy and cold attacks regularly, but soon, within 3 months, I really felt a difference. I didn't get sick nearly as often and generally did feel better, and without negative side effects. I would definitely keep using this product as long as it keeps working. Will it keep you from getting a cold or flue? That I'm sure would depend on you as any health product isn't necessarily going to work the same for everyone.
