I genuinely love this mouse. At the time of the review, I had this mouse for about 4 months and had no problems. The style, functionality, and setting are great. Accuracy is pretty good, but note that the mouse is heavier than a standard computer mouse. The bottom of it is metal with the insert for the sensor and stand charging pins. Clicks feel good. Personally, I chose this mouse because of its big size and weight, as my previous mouse was a clicker that broke. The mouse will feel good in the hand of the 6-foot-tall male, and even with a fast moving does not lifts up from the mouse pad. I tend to use lower dpi, so I move the mouse more. The charge lasts for about 3-4 days with 5-8 hours of daily use(I do not charge it until it is about 10%, and I do not turn it off). When charging, I tend to turn it off, put it on the charging stand, and it takes about 1-2 hours to be charged to full. But note that for the first few days you vrist might tire out a bit, but eventually it will get you used to its weight. I love this mouse and recommend it especially for people looking for a computer mouse that is bigger and heavier then standar market ones.

Very beautiful, easy to set up the buttons in armory crate software, same you use to control the lighting. More than likely you know this if you are buying this mouse because most use this mouse to complete a full rog high end build like myself. The dogle is the stand itself which I found to be pretty cool, the mouse is magnatized so not good if you plan to use on a metal desk. High dpi pole rating. It is a big and heavy mouse. Kind of like the old school mouses with the big ball on top for scrolling with. But once you get used to it and is comfortable to use and also moves smoothly like it's on a air hockey table. Here is the deal I have with this mouse: brand new out of the box and already have double-clicking going on. Two weeks of use. While they do include a spare set of switches, this still does not account for the fact they are cheap. No wonder it's designed so one can replace switches so easily. For the price, Asus should be ASHAMED. For me, I just ordered proper switches to replace what this product came with. Not a big deal as they are dirt cheap. But still, as I stated, for a $100+ mouse, the switches should not be this cheap. This is a heavy mouse. If you use a cloth mouse pad, you are not going to like this mouse. You feel the friction and the weight of this mouse on this material. I switched to my Logitech G440 hard-covered mouse pad, and it slides like a dream. I was going to order glass skates. Glad I did not. If you install new states, you will be unable to use the dock mount. I do like the fact that there are 6 side buttons. Using a glass mouse pad or hard cover allows me to play FPS games with ease. I like the 5 DPI settings, but, again, for the price, they could have added a few more possibilities. For a few dollars more, you can have a G502 with superior hardware but a lack of side buttons. I operate in an entire Asus ecosystem; I have an Asus motherboard, PSU, AIO cooler, 5080 GPU, & 3 monitors, so I already have Armory Crate installed on my system. If you buy this mouse, you HAVE to install Armory Crate to make use of this mouse in any good way. That being said, Armory Crate is notorious for being known as bloatware. Which, in my opinion, it is. There's really no need for it to be running and eating up system resources like this app does. So buyer beware. I would have brought a Razer instead, but that mouse too requires that you install their software to work their mouse. The lesser of two evils for me was this mouse. The construction, meaning the mouse shapes and material, feels robust and tank-like. But I dare not drop it. It feels like a smartphone: it looks built for durability and day-to-day use, but one drop and it's broken. Mainly because of the weight of this mouse. It's like dropping a brick from 2'. So take care of your equipment or at least get the protection. I know this review sounds bad, but it's really not. I do enjoy this mouse; I like the fit in my hand (I have mid-size hands), I love the ring finger resting point, and the scroll wheel is smooth. My issues are stated: It should come with better switches; one needs a hard surface area to really be able to move this mouse without muscle failure, and the bloatware just to use this. It should be a $60 mouse, because in the end, you will be buying upgraded switches and looking for a mouse pad that will work well with this mouse. As far as gameplay, it does take some getting used to, but it's doable. Back in the day, gamers used to play FPS with ball mice. While this is 1000% better, a lightweight/gamer mouse would be a better pick. The 6 side buttons are the lifesaver for this mouse for me. While it takes a little time to set up profiles so they do work in the games you are playing, once it's done, you are golden. Windows does not support any more than, like, 3 or 4 side buttons, so you have to program the unsupported ones to bind to keys, then in-game, bind that key to your mouse. All in all, a good, solid mouse as long as you don't mind the 'little' headaches that come along with it. 3 stars because there are better mice out there & for a company like Asus, I would expect better from them. EDIT (PLEASE READ!): I really wanted to love this mouse. The shape and the heavy chassis feel fantastic in the hand, but for the premium price tag, the internal hardware is an absolute nightmare. The biggest issue—and the reason I had to abandon it—is the mechanical microswitches. I bought this in April, and within a few months of normal gaming, it developed a severe double-clicking issue and started dropping window drags. It got to the point where it was actively sabotaging my gameplay; I would press the rear middle side button (which I use for missile lock-ons or grenade throwing), and the switch simply wouldn't register the input. ASUS tries to market their "push-fit hot-swap switch sockets" as a feature, but it's really a band-aid for their use of cheap, outdated mechanical parts. I tried fixing it myself by buying three different sets of replacement mechanical microswitches. None of them held up, and the mouse continued to miss clicks and fail. This proves the issue isn't just the switches themselves, but a fundamental flaw in the PCB, the socket design, or the firmware relying on 1990s-era mechanical contacts. The side buttons are also prone to sticking, even after a thorough cleaning, making them unreliable in crucial gaming moments. Furthermore, you have to deal with Armoury Crate, which is a bloated mess; their own updates ruined the mouse profiles I had set. Did it 3 times, and the constant fear that a speck of dust or a stray cat hair will get inside the chassis and ruin the contacts. If you are a serious gamer looking for a reliable, long-term peripheral, look elsewhere. Do not buy a mouse at this price point that still uses mechanical switches. Save yourself the headache and buy something with modern optical switches (like the Razer Naga V2 Pro or Corsair Scimitar) that physically cannot double-click. Thankfully, Amazon Customer Service was amazing and granted me a one-time return exception because of how quickly this hardware failed. I took that refund and immediately bought a mouse with optical switches.

Wanted to love this mouse so badly! I went back and forth on returning it for days because I love the charging dock, the response time, the price, the quality, battery life, and the large size of this mouse. It is extremely comfortable, but I have a few complaints that resulted in its return: - Not enough buttons. Most MMO mice have up to 12 programmable buttons as most MMO's have an action bar of that size. You'll find a few that have less like ESO though. Most MMO mice have a grid pattern for their side buttons whereas this one is asymmetrical with buttons located in other places which is great if you want that. Unfortunately the Corsair Darkstar MMO Mouse also has this but more buttons to work with which is what I needed. I sadly ended up going with that mouse as I needed more function over form. - Side buttons are super low quality. The buttons move around when you push them and they have a cheap, unsatisfying click to them. I could probably look past this if the mouse had enough buttons but can't in this case and is worth mentioning. - Although very minor, this mouse is only 1000Hz versus the 2000-8000Hz that competitors offer. In the grand scheme of things, that's not going to be very noticable and would take a hit on the battery. Overall this wouldn't have swayed my decision on keeping the mouse like the two former issues but also worth mentioning for those that might want to know.

The design of the left side buttons was a big deal for me because unlike others they each have a distinct shape and feel. I tend to lose track of where my finger is on number mice cause the buttons all feel the same. The charger/receiver for this mouse is also very nice as the mouse just perches on it, so no need to plug and unplug cords all the time. The program has given some trouble but the buttons are completely customizable for game profiles. It is heavy but it's sturdy. The price for this is better then others of similar style that were poorly made and quit within a year. You can also customize the color to fit each game profile. overall functions are spot on and by far my favorite mouse I've had.

I have many Asus products as a start. I want to give a list as a start to give some understanding as to my knowledge and user experience with this brand. Rog Spatha X Rog Zepherus g14 2025 Rog Zepherus G16 2020 An Asus 34 “ wide screen gaming monitor Rog Strix Scope II Rog Rakiri Pro Rog Delta II I have long since been a fan of the brand and by the brand so I can try and have compatibility without issue. Most of my experiences have been good other than some Armoury Crate and Aura Sync which are general and common. I like the mouse for its weight, button placement, the feel it has in the hand and when using it. I like being able to switch DPI’s and the RGB is nice. Overall this is a well balanced mouse and I even think for my hand, which is smaller, the size is great. The issue is the construction of the mouse and misfires that occur because of either a bad design choice, bad manufacturing choices, faulty parts, software issues, or the labeling of products as new when the where actually refurbished by the manufacturer and relabeled. (that seems to be a practice used with tech retailers like best buy) the mouse wheel on my spatha misclicks the back switch of the mouse which about an inch apart for the user to accidentally misclick. I tested using a mouse remapping tool and as i rolled the wheel, the back switch of the mouse fired like a machine gun. the only option was to remap and disable the function. No reset the mouse, and its firmware. I downloaded firmware packet after firmware packet. This should be a great mouse. Honestly I would give this product a 9 if not a 10 without this issue. However this “small” issue makes watching my a youtube video and scrolling down the page IMPOSSIBLE, functionally it makes using the scroll wheel IMPOSSIBLE. It also seems like my only option is to speak to a rep who wants to watch me explain the issue and team chat, then make me pay to send in my mouse which they don’t know if they can fix, so they may just send me a new one and I actually like this mouse so I want to use it NOW, so for me it’s easier to disable the function than deal with customer support. That being said, Asus still delivered a broken item and I’d rather use my Logitech G 502 X now because the situation paint my head anytime I pick up the beautiful piece of equipment I saved up for. So I guess I also had a issue with the process of trying to find a solution with Asus when their product has defects.

O mouse é fabuloso. Já estou usando-o a várias semanas. Para quem gosta de mouses grandes. A base de carregamento é também o dongle wireless, então não é adequado para quem quer trocar rapidamente entre computadores. A bateria dura o suficiente para ate dois dias de uso moderado (configurado o modo de hibernação). Se deixar o mouse na base durante a noite, não vai acabar a bateria durante um dia inteiro de uso constante. Vem com botões extras para reparar, e aparentemente é possível abri-lo com certa facilidade. Usar o Armoury Crate, o programa de gerenciamento da Asus, é indispensável. Então considerar isso. É o mesmo usado para placa mãe Asus e outros componentes da marca. O preço é alto, mas se estiver disposto a compra-lo, é uma excelente opção. Possui 6 botões configuráveis, além dos 3 botões de clique padrão e os 2 de avançar e retornar, então são 11 botões ao total para interagir com o computador, sem contar o botão de DPI. Não é possível conectar via bluetooth. Conexão wireless é confiável, mas não flexível.

Endlich das ROC-Setup komplett und auch von der Maus bin ich begeistert, sehr hochwertig, fühlt sich gut an die Materialien und zum Glück keine gummierten Tasten! Wie einige hier schreiben, das einige Daumentasten nicht richtig auslösen, das Problem kann ich nicht bestätigen, jede Taste funktioniert wunderbar, das einzige ist, das die Daumentasten etwas leichter gehen könnten, es braucht schon viel Druck im Daumen um diese auszulösen aber das ist mein persönliches empfinden. Das ist auch das erste mal in meinen Leben, das ich nach 30 Jahren Kabelmaus ohne Kabel Zocke und was soll man sagen, es läuft einfach super, genau wie mit Kabel also ab jetzt nie wieder Kabel und die Ladestation ist auch extrem gut verarbeitet, schwer und hat sogar eine Status-LED für den Akku ... absolut Top!!!

I am a person who prefers, a heavy, well built gaming mouse. As someone with small hands I have a lot of issues with gaming mice due to not actually being able to reach the buttons on the side. But this one has the buttons further back and fits better. I can reach most of them. I think the fact you can swap out the switches is an amazing idea and I wish more people would do this. You can extend the life of the mouse by doing this. If you want a heavy well built gaming mouse this is one of the best ones ever made, it will be hard to go back to cheaper mice.

Very happy with this purchase. Great size for XL hands. Switches are satisfying to click through, particularly on top and though the side switches take some getting used to, you do adapt in time.

It is good very expensive once used you cannot return normal mouse
