Good product no issues
Per Google papaya leaf extract helps bone marrow. Most people take it to increase platelets. My platelet levels are ok but my red blood count is low even tho my hemoglobin, folate and b12 are in normal range. Taking 1 a day to see if it helps. Does seem to give me more energy.

Better than papaya pills (non-leaf)
I originally bought these to see if they would help with energy levels, anti-inflammatory properties etc. but also discovered that they are helping with my appetite. These weren't advertised as such but I definitely noticed a difference and have actually dropped some weight since being on them. These also seem to be helping with bloating so I'll continue to use. As for energy level and pain- I didn't notice much of a difference but I also have above the normal amount of pain on a daily, my energy levels flux depending on what's happening each day so it's difficult to judge if these do anything.

I have low platelet issue so I take for that. Has worked to elevate them. Not a fan of swallowing tablets though.

If you like to breathe well, this is great
I’ve reordered this product so many times and love it. My best experience with this product was when I took this daily when I took a trip to Colorado this year and unlike the last two times I went, I wasn’t gasping for air the whole time. I even went longboarding and was just fine thanks to this product. I can definitely tell you that within 30 minutes it kicks in and it’s noticeable if you’re in a place that has higher altitude than you’re used to.

Platelets up in 8 days
My fathers (90 years old) platelet count went from 88 to 129 after 8 days of using this. First blood test was done a month ago by primary which showed 88. After taking this for 8 days he went to hematologist who repeated test and it showed 129.
