I know some people have horror stories about the condition furniture arrives in from Amazon so let me just start by saying that this showed up in pristine condition. Even the box was in great shape. The couch was fairly simple to assemble, although it's much easier if you have someone to help you. Very comfortable to lay on and the usb ports are clutch. If I had to nitpick and find something wrong I'd say that I wish it had some rubber pads on the bottom to stop it from sliding across our floor so easily.
