IRWIN QUICK-GRIP Bar Clamp, One-Handed, Mini, 6-Inch (1964742)

Used to help hold 2x2s while I screwed them together. Works great! And it's a better price than at the hardware store. Very pleased.

The bar clamp is an excellent invention and it's useful in so many different applications. I hadn't used a mini bar clamp until borrowing a cheap one from my neighbor. I used it to hold and glue a small item. The clamp I borrowed (not the Irwin clamp) was cheap, flimsy, unreliable but with some creative effort it worked.I immediately researched and and ordered the Irwin mini clamp. This product is well made, just like its larger brother, and very sturdy. I've now used this clamp a dozen plus times and it has worked flawlessly. I like the fact that it comes it a two pack. This is very helpful when working with small items and it gives you the flexibility to clamp items in two or more places.For being a mini bar clamp, this item has the ability to create incredible pressure when holding things together. I recommend this product, and suggest that you don't get one of the 'no name' cheap products available. Irwin Quick Grip sind normalerweise die besten Clamps, mit denen ich bisher gearbeitet habe.Leider kommen hier nicht die Clamps mit den gelben Backen wie auf dem Bild sondern die einfache Variante, bei denen die Backen sich nicht verschieben lassen.Weil ich sie dringend brauchte, habe ich sie behalten. Aber ich würde hier nicht noch einmal bestellen.
