Once I figured out the paper size, it was easy
Like others I was a bit frustrated that when I printed it the labels were cut off. I did some measuring and found out the paper size isn't A4 (the default for my printer). I had to set up a custom paper size - Canadian P4 for anyone playing at home - which is 215mm x 280mm. Once I set up my paper size correctly, the labels printed dead-centre every time. So if you're struggling with the labels cutting off, try that.
