What is the length of the item?

At its longest point, the spatula is 11.5" and the widest part is 3." I bought a pair based on a recommendation from a well-known New England tv cooking show and magazine. The pair enables ease of turning food without splashing hot oil. I recommend them very highly.

Is the logo on the spatula permanent? Or will it wash off?

I have 5 of these in my catering company, pulled 1000 brisket & pork buts off the grill. Washed it the same amount and the label is still there. Most awesome spatulas I have ever came across.

Need a flexible fish turner. Is this the one?

My husband swears by this fish Turner. He used it for everything from omelets, fish burgers,etc. He even got mad when he missed placed it.

Will this turner scratch cookware? I have some new $$$ Silit ceramic and Staub CIE, I'm not as worried about my $ Lodge CI and Debuyer crepe pan.

It's metal, so there's a chance it could scratch your nonstick. However, it's a thin and flexible flipper, not very effective for stirring, cutting or hard scraping. If you used this only to slip under food and not for those other uses, it would be much less likely to cause scratches. The convenience of a super-thin turner like this isn't really available in nonstick-friendly materials because tools in silicone, wood, nylon etc are quite a bit thicker and clunkier to use. Is the risk of scratching worth the better flipping performance? Maybe. It's your call.
