How can you fix the torso in this figure?

I'm not sure what the actual issue is (whether it was damaged when you received it, or if you twisted the figure into position and the joint popped out), but although the Beast Kingdom figures look great, they are clearly not meant for active play. The shoulder joint(s), hip joints, and the torso connection popping out seem to be a common issue. All of them can be put back into place, but not without significant pressure being applied (so much so that it feels as if you are about to damage the figure). If your attempt to push the torso back into place (by centering it over the hips and pushing straight down toward the feet) was unsuccessful, and If it was purchased on Amazon recently, my suggestion would be to return it with the understanding that if you exchange it, the next one will be just as susceptible to mishaps as your current one.
