This is one of the best phones I have used, has bog standard Android operating system without all the added extras but on by many . A bit dated but a good strong phone which will serve many years hopefully has Android 14 though and no sign of any upgrade from Nokia as its been out for sometime. Works on 5g very well.

This was a present, the recipient was very pleased with it. It is a nice looking phone if you don’t mind its slightly chunkier looks. So far it seems to be working well with satisfactory battery life. 2 things were less than optimal: 1. The function to transfer information from the old phone to the new one smelt didn’t work. It got to a stage where it said it was analysing prior to transfer, but the transfer never happened. On forums this seemed to be a known issue. 2. The security updates had to be installed one at a time instead of having a cumulative update. This took a long time! All in all if you want a tough phone that can withstand a few knocks and can withstand immersion for a short time, this seems like a good bet.

Hardy, super sturdy and very reliable. Don't make it any more unfortunately

Obviously cannot give 5 stars as it broke. And now the replacement broke, and the Nokia I bought because i liked the wife's phone has broke. That's 3 for 3 in under 18mths. That no matter how you spin it is BAAAAD. Wife likes it, that alone is something, looks ok not bad to use apart from the sketchy fingerprint sensor. Had an issue with not charging, no issues, spoke with amazon, few checks to run through an done, return it for full refund. Wife was happy enough with the phone, even with the charging failing I have just ordered another. As she said, with back up like that, so what if it has an issue when in 24 hrs you can have a replacement. Well done Amazon and I trust the battery thing was a one off. Update It wasn't, the replacement has failed as well and will be returned forthwith, the only safe way to charge it is wirelessly. It melted 2 charger leads that got hot enough to melt the plastic around the port on the phone, leaving the phone so hot i was considering launching it into the garden. Mine will now not make or receive calls, only texts. Must say again amazons returns are great, Nokia, don't make the mistake of thinking their returns process or warranty is worth spit. It isn't, you need to wait in for a courier to collect, after completing a yawning process online. Its returned to their centre in Romania where it will take 10 to 15 days to be returned to you. It is made very clear in the print that if no fault is found the whole lot is chargeable to you and the unit will be returned at cost to you. Even if destructive methods are used. The system wont let me drop it lower than 3 stars, I think nokia deserves none.

Superb rugged use work-phone, used daily in work-van & grotty overalls pocket, superb tough quality phone, still stylish & modern looking despite being strong enough to get thrown around transit-van & toolbox. Superb IMHO. not used for games nor dating sites, mainly basic work related phone & camera stuff underground sewers & industrial sites.. . dead durable & reliable .. 5/5 IMHO..

Supposedly military grade and super tough, this phone stopped being able to charge after less than a year. Now Nokia customer service will not honour the warranty, because this "super tough" phone has a crack in the camera glass, and they claim there is a dent in the cover. Apparently this makes the warranty nil and void. Our other Nokia phone (G21) bought about the same time, we believed the hype on the HMD site, similar problem battery died. I will stay well away from Nokia products in the future. On the plus side, battery life is good, while it lasts. Edit: We had a second Nokia phone bought a little later as we thought this was a good purchase at the time, battery on that one died too, a month after the warranty ran out. Never again. We went back to Motorola phones again after this, and will never stray or be tempted again to buy anything else.

Brilliant all round phone, tough and great value. Not the quickest but nor the slowest. On/off button needs revision and making more precise.

Je l'ai depuis quelques mois et j'en suis très satisfait pas de problème majeur Juste 1 ou 2 bug qui on été arrangé avec des mise a jour Écran vraiment costaud car j'ai eu plusieurs iphone avant je cassait 2ou 3 écrans par an et celui là tien très bien même sans verre trempé

Gutes Smartphone allerdings sehr groß und unhandlich für mich. Technisch einwandfrei!
