Q: Does it actually detangle? My 5 year old niece has the most unruly hair and I've tried many products from high to low and nothing has worked.

I have very fine tanglely hair and I have used these products for 4 years now. I have a few condtioners I use but this is my favorite. I like it because when I comb out my wet hair, I am not ripping it out. Dry hair still tangles but it seems to be an easier comb with this product.

It is a conditioner. I use both the shampoo & the conditioner. I have very fine hair that tangles easily & this is the best shampoo &. Conditioner I have ever used. I hope that answers your question..
