SOLARAY Liver Blend SP-13,100 Veg Caps

I started taking SP-13 to counter any negative effects that green tea extract might do to my liver, because I had heard that green tea extract, alone could cause long-term liver damage. As I don’t drink, I decided to get a “light-duty” milk thistle supplement with a lower price, as I didn’t see the need for more, and take one per day, even as the label says to take three.So after a while, someone else I know decided to start taking a pill per day, too. A few weeks later, they claimed to suddenly start pooping, and pooping, and pooping, almost needing to be by a toilet at any time for several weeks. They claimed it was very fatty poop, and must have been a liver purge unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Nothing about their lifestyle changed except for the introduction of SP-13.I suspect that they had accumulated many pounds of fat in their liver over the years, and just one SP-13 a day for a few weeks coaxed their liver to “turn on” and expel all this fat. It might have lengthened their life just on this, alone.One thing I will note is that the most recent batches have a weird taste to them that previous batches didn’t, lack the artichoke hearts that prior batches had, and don’t have a “pop top”. All probably happened to save the manufacturer money. But these batches also caused the aforementioned liver purge, so I don’t think it hurt performance much, if at all.

I’ve been taking this Liver Blend consistently, and it has become one of my favorite supplements. It has helped me in so many ways, and I feel much better since adding it to my daily routine. I appreciate that it combines several well-known herbal ingredients into one convenient formula instead of having to buy them separately.The capsules are easy to swallow, and I’ve had no issues taking them. I also like that the formula includes milk thistle, dandelion root, burdock, peppermint, and trace minerals, making it a well-rounded blend.Solaray has always been a brand I trust, and this product has lived up to my expectations. The doctor said my kidney, yes I said kidney enzymes were elevated and I would have to remove or lower a medication. I said let me try to to change I said let me try to to change to a different supplement. I have been on solira liver blend for about a year and my blood work consistently comes out with no elevated liver ends enzymes now.

It’s a higher end supplement, but this is a solid brand, has most of the same ingredients, and this is less than 1/6 the price per capsule.The Liver functioning optimally is important for being treated for heavy metal toxicity, which I tested high for w Mercury Aluminum & arsenic.
