Small but mighty! Excellent for WLED projects.
I didn’t test it’s sound QUALITY, but I was amazed by how well it DETECTED sound in my WLED sound reactive project, even with it being placed inside a project box and under a bookcase! I didn’t expect it to really do much and added it as a “because I can” feature for fun but it turns out it’s very reactive and we’ve used it a lot. The gain and squelch settings in WLED allow you to make it as reactive as you’d like and tune out background noise like your furnaceThe store bought LED controllers that I’ve used (years ago) had to be very close to a speaker to detect anything and light up but NOT THIS! Very impressed and would highly recommend for projects like this.
