Excellent LONG reach telescoping window cleaning pole
This 30 foot telescoping pole is awesome! It reaches to the highest points of my house. I needed it to be able to wash the windows, but also needed to knock down a hornets nest that was at the peak of the highest point of my roof. I was able to reach it easily to knock it down! (Did in the winter freezing day and was safe.) The pole requries a lot of control when fully extended. When extended to 20 feet it is very easily managed to reach windows.

One of the tallest poles available. Unger makes good products.
I own a lot of Unger products with 2 other smaller poles, various dusting heads, and glass cleaning supplies. My home is about 35 feet tall at the peak and a I needed something to reach the cobwebs that form on the stucco using a Starmax Webster cobweb brush. Before this, I had used a 25 foot and an 8 foot pole that I put together, but this Unger pole makes it much easier. Pretty stable and not too heavy or flexible what I use if for. It does flex quite a bit at full extension but still easy to control and manage.

I may be the only person using it this way
I bought this extendable pole to shake heavy snow off a ham radio antenna. Heavy snow collapsed one antenna and it took me weeks and over $1000 to get it fixed. Now, all I need to do is climb a short ladder and hook it on. You can buy a hook for it, or a cheap paint roller will do. The pole itself is well made and it's light enough that I can hold it extended at a 45-degree angle from the top of a ladder. The final section is a little too floppy for this use, but I don't need to extend it all the way. Photo shows the antenna being put into place. It's a MAJOR operation.

Bought this to remove the snow from my solar panels, while still on the ground, when the sun canโt seem to do it. Used it with a light weight squeegee and it worked good. What I donโt like is that to extend the lengths it uses a ratcheting twist nut that has to be loosened or tightened to hold the extra extension from collapsing back into the pole. It becomes hard to tighten or loosen it to achieve this because at times, Iโm not that strong and I have to get channel locks out to loosen or tighten it.

Disastrous line of products
I bought a vast order of unger products including this pole. You would think it would fit the half a dozen attachments from the same company. NOPE. I have no idea what I should have bought instead. It is ridiculous that hey sell different products and none fit the pole they sell. Plus we cannot use the extendable wand because no matter how much we tried we cannot turn the green knob that blocks the telescoping function, hence we cannot use the telescoping piece. I do not understand how this company has any good reviews.
