In my experience, this really works well if you drink moderately. I have seen actual proof with my resting heart rate overnight taking it vs. not. Taking it = 1 to 2 beats over my regular overnight HR and “good” sleep score. Not taking it = 8-10 beats over my normal and “poor” sleep score. It seems to calm my anxiety! However, if you have a really excessively wild night, don’t expect miracles!! I would still take it in this case, but it’s not as effective for me at least. It’s not a free pass. lol.

We were somewhat skeptical but as people who drink maybe twice a week and really enjoy it but don't enjoy the after effects at our age (50s), took between 1 and 3 of these after having a couple of drinks or we'd normally would wake up in the night and feel our bodies processing the alcohol, accompanied with anxiety... We felt absolutely nothing and slept great and woke up feeling great. We have not tried these for any major drinking which we don't do anymore. It worked even when we had drinks during the day or in the evening before bed. Thank you for making such a great product. Definitely holds its value for the money, no side effects, pills were easy to swallow and everything was as affective.

Wow; this stuff is NO joke. I took the recommended dosage last night before bed, drank a good bit of water, woke up once in the night needing more water and feeling unwell, and I thought “oh goodness this didn’t work very well.” But, now that I’ve slept for the rest of my 8 hours, I feel rather fine! There’s a slight “hangover haziness” but I definitely feel much better than usual with the amount of drinks I had. I had two glasses of wine, an espresso martini, and a double vodka and soda. The taste of the pills is also good! Slightly citrus-y.

I'm all in on this supplement! I feel 90% better after a night of drinking. I still feel some sort of way in the morning that tells me "I should be hung over right now" but I'm not. No headache. No blah feeling after I wake up. It's a regular at my place now when I've been drinking that night and don't want those drinks I had last night ruin my day today.

Blown away by how much this actually helps. I never leave reviews, but this time I have to. I was skeptical that anything out there could help the day after drinking. I’m in my 40’s and I have tried every remedy for the day after drinking there is. This blows them away! I had a rather long day of celebrating the 4th of July and consuming a large amount of beverages throughout the day. Took these before bed with a glass of water and electrolytes. Woke up fine! I purchased 3 bottles. 1 for home, 1 for travel bag and 1 for a gift. Had high hopes, obviously. Enjoyed some boating, beers and dinner. Took 2 capsules as instructed after final drink. Zero effect. Took 2 more in morning. Raging headache all day. Of note was that I did this test run on an average, non wild binging experience, just to get a barometer of effectiveness. Did absolutely nothing and honestly gave a lingering headache for the entire day.
