Two Tier Cordless Meditation Fountain

Smaller than expected, but cute for office

very cheap-looking. Easy to set up. I'd have returned it if I had opened it earlier. I won't put it on display because it is so cheap-looking.

I purchased this at CVS for 5.99, so for the price I'm fine with it..I wouldn't say it's worth the Amazon price though. I got it just as decoration for my desk at work. It's a very small fountain so it doesn't take up much space, but it's not very eye catching either. My biggest gripe is there isn't enough rocks/pebbles to cover the whole lower surface as shown in the picture. I kind of had to push them all to the front, so it looks okay from afar but up close not so much. I had it running for about 4 days before the batteries died. I was turning it off each night to conserve power. It has an AC input, however it does not come with a plug. So unless you want to go through 2 double A's a week, I would pass.

i bought one of these at cvs for 5.99 as well. in my case the fountain killed 2 brand new double a batteries overnight. the unit does have a place to plug in an ac unit but there is a tiny WARNING LABEL on the side of the unit near the on-off switch. this warning says that 72 hours of continuous usage WILL CAUSE DAMAGE to the pump. i was shocked to read this. the pump is all the unit has going for it....and it will break if you run in for 3 days? that must be why the unit drains the batteries overnight. to make sure you don't break it by using it?! i am glad i only payed a few buck for this piece of garbage. save yourself the money and get something that can run more than 3 days without breaking.

The fountain lasted a week before it just died completely. Like you read in other reviews, this fountain is battery operated (2 AA's) and it will drain the battery rather quickly. Knowing that, I bought an AC adapter so I wouldn't have to keep replacing the battery. Well after a week of use with the AC adapter, the fountain just died completely. I would turn it off at the end of the day, so it wasn't continuously running. I would not recommend this item for anyone. I wish I could award this ZERO stars.
