3-Piece 8oz Basecoat Set - White, Black, Clear

Not hard to make your own but this is so much more convenient. A jar will last a loooooong time.

I can’t say enough about Bob Ross three-piece 8 ounce base coat set. They were great to keep the canvas wet enough for the oil paint. It works really well probably the best ones out there. It does not dry quickly so it gives you plenty of time to paint. It works well. A little spendy but worth it. Very easy to use, but always wear gloves.

Love using these when I paint just don't lay down they will leak and you have to mix the oil back in every use

Since recently starting to take up Bob Ross style painting, I needed larger quantities of the Liquid Basecoats than what I had from a starter package previously purchased. As noted in another review of Bob Ross paints, I recommend doing research online to get the same official Bob Ross products that are available for much lower pricing.

I used this as a basecoat on my canvas before I started painting.

The black liquid came damaged and leaked everywhere. Liquid white also leaked and seal broken

A wonderful paint to work with - easy flowing.

Would have got a 4 star but the liquid clear leaked about 15% so made quite a mess inside the well protected packaging.

These products are perfect for preparing the canvas and for mixing.
